n/a bed bugs on the bed ??

The bed has bed bug or just so dirty ,i woke up with all my skin itchy and i smell the bed so bad , need change the bedsheet everytime someone check out and clean bed properly and staff not friendly at all . If u have check out 10 and guest not out yet please just knock or write in paper when check in so they notice it,u didnt inform when check in by verbal because we dont event hear staff say it or if guest sleep because maybe they didnt the alarm rather than blame the guest and check ur booking rather than argue with guest about their booking . The MOST problem is the roof when raining event not heavy is so NOISY not so sure what they used for the roof , you will annoy when raining and specially in blue mountain so much rain .
