White Roof - Hurghada

This place has bed bugs, there were blood stains all over the wall and black stains over the white part of the privacy curtain. Volunteer neglected to point out bathroom and kitchen location nor did he didnt provide the wifi key or the elevator code. No towel was provided (contrary to the promise on hostalworld)

Volunteer is a nice person and the view is great but niceness is not a proper substitute for incompetence and negligence. Some of the amenities advertised on hostalworld dont exist. The volunteer neglected to point out basics (it takes a minute to say “the bathrooms are here and here and the kitchen is upstairs, the elevator code is xyz, the wifi password is xyz, the water is not drinkable, the water is off at approximately these times but turn back on at xxx. Any questions?” ) Also bed bugs…
