I want to give 0 stars but it wont let me Nasaaaasty covers smelly room the front desk person didnt offer money off of our stay or even late check out after showing pictures of the bed in the first room they gave us… spider webs were every where the iron was chained so tightly to the board which had a dirty iron cover on it—- that i couldrn iron my clothes, the breakfast looked discusting all that was out was toast cereal and if im not mistaken bagels and it didnt look fresh the cereal looked stale and the bread was hard the carpets are dirty and the tub doesnt drain well u can barely see out of the windows and the drink machine was not up to date. I can say so much more but i will never allow this to happen to us again The only reason we stayed is because we had our own covers ( checked for bedbugs )and we arrived late after hours of driving and couldnt get an instant refund

BED BUGS IN ROOM 406!!

The property didn’t smell clean, the sheets were wet on one of the beds, the bathroom was dirty (toilet) and my fiance has a bunch of bites on him which we think could be bed bugs. I really wanted to like this hotel for future stays but I can 100 percent say I will never book again.

Horrible experience here. Hotel was absolutely disgusting. When I arrived the person at the front desk didn’t even have the computers turned on.(checked in at 3pm) no shocker here. Had me waiting for 20 minutes to finally help. Big red flag. Got my keys are 45 minutes of nonsense to check in. Went to the room, and the key didn’t even work. To sum it up, went to bed and woke up with bed bugs!!!!!!!!!! This place has bed bugs!!!!!!!! They want to say they don’t have a problem but they do. The owner wants to say they don’t, but from experience they do. Horrific hotel. Would never come back. They want to comment on this post and say how I’m being unreasonable. When the mark on my body didn’t go away for weeks and had to see a doctor. Absolutely disgusting. This place should be shut down

I was in room 208 and found a bedbug in my bed. I had to leave to drive 2 hours home at 3 am in the morning. The management and staff showed no empathy for my inconvenience. They are more worried about the money than customer service. Do not stay here!

Bed bugs. Sorry to call management out but it's really inconvenient to book a room and not be able to stay because of bed bugs. So I need to leave this review so others don't experience the same thing. They were happy to refund but if I didn't examine the mattresses I'd have brought bed bugs home which is of course a huge problem. Room did not look like the pics online (dingier) which made think I should investigate. I hope they are able to resolve this problem quickly.

BED BUGS!!! Do not stay here.

Not a good place. Rooms are not only outdated but very filthy, the price paid was definitely not worth it. You can see the quilt has holes from cigarette burns, the carpet was very filthy and definitely not dog friendly as when we went to check in they were very rude to our bring your dog situation. Why do you offer pet friendly rooms if your staff is not pet friendly whatsoever. We encountered a bed bug as well and it bit my wife at night. Won’t be coming back.

Terrible hotel, terrible staff! Unprofessional and confusing staff don't even know how to work their own system and overcomplicating every step. After finally getting my room I get to it to find it's 90+ degrees in the room. They just leave the AC off to save a few bucks at the expense of the customer. Can't wait to get out of this hotel!! Other people staying complained about bed bugs! EDIT: No everyone wasn't checked in, in a timely manner when it took us over 20 minutes just to get checked in with 0 line. Literally the only person I ran into in the hallway showed me their bedbug bites!! You guys are literally a trash hotel and trash staff! Yeah I call out terrible hotels like yours! If you want good reviews do better! There's a reason you have so many poor reviews! I'm glad you're offended because you know it's true! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

The pictures online of this hotel are very deceiving. Complementary breakfast is all steal, The only thing that is fresh is the waffle maker. The staff are very rude and do not speak English very complicated when needing guest services. The room that my family and I stayed in was halfway cleaned with dirty sheets and bedbugs. Do not waste your money on this hotel.

If I could give the property a negative rating I would. The property and rooms were dirty and had bedbugs and reeked of stale cigarettes We had to find last minute rooms for our family. The Manager could have cared less. DO NOT BOOK THIS FACILITY

Do not book this hotel! The rooms are dirty, reek of cigarettes and had bed bugs. Very transient population. Manager was horrible. Could care less about our complaints and the fact that we were traveling with our family and grandson and had to find last minute accommodations. I cannot stress enough to avoid this hotel

Hotel was dated, missing paint. Breakfast was over by 9:30am and the pool closed at 8pm. My mom got bit by bed bugs also. Management never called us back to correct the issue.

Apparently they stepped up their game from all the negative reviews and comments I observed. My wife and I took a chance and booked the Labor Day Weekend here and don't regret a second.of it. Staff is super nice and helpful. Room was clean, Building was clean, breakfast was good and plentiful.. NO bed bugs here. Great Sleep. If there was a 6th star they'd receive it.

My husband and I were initially excited to book a place such as the Ramada, or at least we thought. We both thought that this chain of hotels was on the more higher scale than what it actually turned out to be. I mean we weren’t expecting a 4-5 star hotel or anything like that, but we were totally shocked when we arrived. You could tell right away that it was worn down, poorly maintained, very outdated, and a bit questionable. We decided to stay anyway bc we only booked a 2 nights stay. The office had an awful odor in it, and the staff wasn’t very friendly whatsoever. The other guests that were there also seemed very questionable, and the place reeked of pot all over the outside. The room wasn’t much better, and it also had an unpleasant odor. All of the furniture and decor was very outdated, and we were concerned that there could be bed bugs. The pictures they have posted on their website of the rooms and pool area looked great, so needless to say we were so disappointed. Talk about false advertisement, I wouldn’t be surprised in the least bit if those pictures were actually from another location. Definitely would never stay here again, totally shady atmosphere altogether.

A very nice place. Owners are friendly, and kind. No bedbugs, roaches, or mice!!

This is one of the worst hotels to stay at. Bedbugs and roaches everywhere! Spend 200 dollars on my room just to find a roach in the sink. I went to main desk to ask for another room, and the guy got EXTREMELY mad. Then he asked to follow us to the room so we did. He went into the bathroom and sure enough there was another roach crawling around! He saw the two roaches and said “well you know, it happens”. He then went to help another guest and we went back to the front desk to wait for him. Then I asked him for a FULL refund, not just the security deposit. He then threatened to call the cops and told me to get out. He gave me my security deposit back, and just as I was about to leave he offered another nicer room. I said no and left. The guy was extremely rude. He told us that he shouldn’t have sold us the room and that he said we could’ve planed the roaches there. Not only that but for 200 dollars we could find a NICER AND BETTER ROOM! This is completely unacceptable! I will be disputing this with my bank.

My husband and I just stayed here last weekend for his birthday. The price was good, the one staff member I met was great. He even upgraded our room and now I know why...BED BUGS and you better run away from this place. I normally look at the reviews before booking anything but I didn't do it this time and I regret I ever did. They definitely need to fix this problem .

Was a decent hotel, good breakfast. Very close to the beach, but gotta give it a one star because the room we were in had BED BUGS, 709.. IT WAS AWFUL. Couldn't even sleep the night because it was THAT BAD. Hope they take care of that, because over all it is a decent hotel.

Hotel does the job for one night stay. Seems like a safe area compared to the middle of Atlantic City. Pretty close by car to the boardwalk/casino. Strange smell throughout the hallway and rooms. Very outdated but had comfortable beds. No bed bugs, we checked high and low. Pool looked clean and well maintained and we did see housekeeping on our floor. Didnt get to try the breakfast because there was a line out the door. Overall, not the best but definitely could have been worse.

Room was clean but a little dated. NO bed bugs, and believe me, I thoroughly checked. Staff was very courteous and accommodating with extra towel requests. Pool was small and relatively clean although it could have used a good scrubbing. Ice machine on the 4th floor was always empty, maybe it was just bad timing on my part. The free breakfast was really good. Coffee was great and there was fresh fruit, bagels, juice, milk, cereal and make your own waffles. Overall, good experience.

Came here with my family and my small dog for a little weekend getaway. They "accidentally canceled" our reservation on Booking, though it was still active in the hotel's system (how convenient for them that I cannot leave this review on the site, though I will find a way). They put us in a room by the lake, however we found out the hard way that BOTH beds had bedbugs. I told mgmt about it and they moved us to a new room in the other building at no additional charge, but this room smelled damp and moldy upon entering. They placed us in this room at the far end of the building because we had a dog and they were afraid she would disturb the other guests... really? Anyway, we inspected the beds ourselves and everything was fine. The rest of our stay was satisfactory. This hotel is subpar at best. Clear lack of thorough room maintenance and regular inspection. The wall paint was chipped, and the walls behind the beds were dusty(?), it's no wonder our first room had bedbugs. My family got bitten. My brother killed some of the bugs and left the evidence in plain view for mgmt to see. Even the housekeeper was shocked! This place only gets 2 stars because of their adequate professionalism in switching our room immediately.

This place has BED BUGS! When a complaint was made they brushed if off. Room 734!! The walls was dirty and the bathroom was flirty!!! Also, at 8:30am they ran out of complementary breakfast! Avoide staying at this dump!!!

Let's start with the fact I got bit up by their bed bugs they switch my room to another wit was the same issue. Then they don't give u towels for pool.. My phone n room ain't work TV was broke in second room we moved to for a whole day .then the supposed to be owner wife is very rude ..

Stayed here for fourth July weekend 2016 and this hotel is horrible ! It's dirty and the rooms all smell like cigarettes even if you're in a non-smoking room. They also have BED BUGS !!! I stayed here for one night and my whole arm got bit by BED BUGS. I woke up around 1:30am and found one on the side of the mattress on the sheet I took it to the office in a bag and showed them and they switched my room because everything else was booked. Worst stay. Do not recommend!!

The worst hotel i have ever stayed at in my life. We booked on line thay said there would be a free shuttle that was a lie. The room stunk the ac was broke. In the morning there were ants everwear we changed rooms still crap. In the morning my wife woke up with terrible bug bites all over her face. I would never stay there and my advice to anybody else do not stay hear it will rune your trip
