Les punaise de lit

We had bed bugs in our room and were only offered breakfast and parking fees for compensation, which is not much considering we had to deep clean our suitcases, clothes, car, etc. and the stress all of this caused. When we came back in the evening, the receptionist seemed unaware of the situation. He had to look for which room to give us, even though we had been promised in the morning that the new room was being deep-cleaned for us. Also, the toilets in the lobby were always dirty and the breakfast is quite basic, not worth the price.

Pas d'air conditionné dans la chambre. Disponibilité d'un ventilateur poussérieux que nous avons amené à la réception pour nettoyer. Les matelas étaient trop grands pour les sommiers et glissaient pendant la nuit. Nous suspectons aussi la présence de punaises de lit car mon épose est revenue avec des traces de morsures (voir photo). Tout ça pour plus de 200 Euros par nuit. C'est du vol.

Our original room was found to have what looked like bed bugs, the staff at the front desk were quick to move us to a new room on a different floor and did apologise. However, no compensation was offered for the cost of laundering clothing (this was our first stop and night in Europe).

Das erste von drei Betten war defekt. Matratze durchgelegen und der Stempel in der Mitte des Bettes war durchgebrochen. Das zweite hatte massiv Bettwanzen, Bisse am ganzen Körper bei Abreise! Das dritte war ok. Das Badezimmer war leider nicht richtig sauber. Der Seifenapender funktionierte nicht. Wir würden nicht nochmal kommen und dieses Hotel auch nicht weiter empfehlen
