We did unfortunately have bed bugs, the room was infested with hundreds of ants and our only window opened out onto the stairway

El enchufe de la cama estaba muy alto y no era cómodo y tampoco tenía un estante para apoyar el celu por lo que lo tenias que cargar colgando. Lamentablemente habia chinches en mi cama y en la pared y me picaron toda, seguramente algun huesped anterior las trajo pero fallo la limpieza, tendrían que fumigar.

Room on the 7th floor, no lift available and was not mentioned on the info when booking. - the whole room , toilet , blankets was dirty. I didn’t use the blanket and was not comfortable sleeping on the bed even because of the bed bugs found by previous guests , I wish I read that prior .

Bed bugs. They moved me to another (very very loud) room downstairs, but still that's disgusting. And the bathroom was out of toilet paper for a very long time, they don't check it often.

Bed bugs, I woke up to one crawling on my neck. Only to see several others crawling around the bed. I had never seen these animals before, on my first night I saw them here. Not worth it at all. Don’t book here. Google reviews also talks about them having bedbugs, I should have checked the reviews there as well. Don’t do it, don’t book here, unless you’d like to wake up to insects crawling on you. Just don’t. I told the staff at 2 am, they didn’t seem surprised. Only changed my linens. I had to sleep on that bed until next day I could finally be transferred to another bed ( I was on bed 309, went to 408).

bathrooms weren’t great. Me and some other people were very itchy from the beds and suspect bedbugs.

I stayed for two nights and have picked up bed bugs. When I booked there was a review from a month ago but upon finding the bites I checked the group chat and there was a whole bed bug thread, they must have been infested for at least a month now. The staff kind of tried to be helpful, although it took about an hour and all they did was refund me my stay and offer me £3 towards the cost of laundering all of my stuff. A massive inconvenience, and they don’t seem to be taking it seriously.

I am sorry to give this review. Because the stall is really nice in a great location near the city center, but unfortunately during my stay I found bedbugs in the bed. The staff did not warn the other people who were in the room and I did not immediately evacuate it and disinfect it. They told me that they would have it cleaned the next day, but they were referring only to my bed, so probably inside the room there will still be bedbugs.

There was a bed bug in my bed, so I couldn’t sleep well. I told the staff about it, but he seemed like he knew it. I think the staffs need to clean the room more often so that the visitors can feel comfortable.

It’s a normal and nice hostel, the staff is nice and everything is sort of really clean and good. One thing I have to say tho is that my friend had bed bugs in her bed and got Biden, so keep that in mind when booking!

Mold in the room, Aircon system dripping condense liquid. Dirty room. We did not get the room that we booked. Advise: do not leave your valuables in the room some might disappear.

Personnel peu compétent, qui m'a renvoyée d'une personne à l'autre sans qu'aucune n'apporte de réponse, quand j'ai demandé un changement de date ou un départ anticipé. Hygiène déplorable : poubelles pas vidées, pas de ménage dans le dortoir, les lits sont faits avec un drap housse et une couverture qui n'est pas changée entre chaque client. Punaises de lit. Bref, je suis partie une nuit plus tôt que prévue, sans compensation.

You do have to go up a view stairs which can get annoying especially with heavy luggage but the staff will help you too.

bed bugs, staff didn't care. zero understanding. had to move hostel in the middle of the night due to bed bugs crawling everywhere and didn't even get my money back!!!

Nous sommes tombés moi et mon ami dans une chambre infectes de punaises de lit. Nous avons retrouvés des punaises de lit dans nos sacs ainsi que sur le lit. Le dortoir de 12 lits est carrément infecté, les voisins de dortoirs se sont même fait piqués à plusieurs reprises. Bien entendu j’ai des multiples photos à l’appuie qui seront publiés pour la santé des futurs voyageurs. Je leurs ai averti à 6 heures du matin et le soir 00h toujours aucune précaution a été prises. Car ils s’en foutent littéralement. Résultat toute la chambre a souhaité quitter l’hôtel soit 12 personnes car la manageuse qui ne s’est pas déplacée mais a envoyé son petit copain à la place n’a souhaité nous trouver aucune solution sauf de dormir avec les punaises de lit et pour aller plus loin aucun remboursement n’a été possible. Je compte publier toutes les photos comme preuve à l’appuie et je pense que le mécontentement des autres voyageurs remontera sur la plateforme aussi.

The rooms were too hot to sleep in, and staff would not change the temp even with multiple guests complaining. The staff were rude to guests on several occasions. Some guests complained they had bed bugs in their room.

12 people forced to evacuate our dorm due to a disgusting bed bug infestation. Staff were aware of the infestation the day before and did not inform any of the guests. When we found out (from other guests, not the staff) it was 11:30pm so there was almost no time to book a new place for that night. We were not offered any solutions other than to ‘sleep in the beds with the bugs’ or leave and find somewhere else to sleep ourselves. Not been refunded nor reimbursed for the other hostel. Awful.

Bed bugs! Youd find less creepers in your bed in neverland. Id stay away. The staff were unfriendly. Theres no parking, you need to park across the street in a nearby hotel: but our xr150s were too big for that parking and had to park in a gym car park a 5minute walk away

I had some friends stay here previously with acceptable reviews and I have been an advocate for this property, however my recent stay has left it as one of the worst experiences I have had. Unfortunately the management of a hotel/hostel is the main factor that makes somewhere worth while or not and this property has some of the least traveller focused staff of anywhere. Firstly during my recent stay and to my surprise due to the clean conditions of most other hostels in Ho Chi Minh. This property uses shared blankets that are left on the beds and reused after each guest. This is what I think contributed to my experience with bedbugs at the property However the main issue has been with luggage that was stored at the property while travelling up north. I advised the staff that I would be leaving a bag for a few weeks in the main public storage area for a couple of weeks and this was confirmed as not an issue. I have numerous airtags in the bag so I was happy to take responsibility for the bag in a public storage space. upon returning though and booking another stay in a private room, despite the issues mentioned above. I wanted to give the hostel another chance. My bag has been removed by the staff at the property and placed in a 'locked area' which comes with a large fee, that they have demanded and will not be returning the bag. I was advised that they advised me of this on booking.com, which is false and I have no communication regarding this, nor did I ask for the bag to be moved. The interesting thing is there was a smaller bag that was left in the same area and no fee has been requested for this. After explaining the situation to the receptionist, she advised there was nothing they could do unless I pay hundreds of thousands of VND and laughed. I just suggest to be careful and understand that these businesses care more about money than travellers.
