The manager was very disrespectful I stayed in the one bedroom My son was bit up With multiple Bedbugs They had mode On the sofa bed it's was very Nasty and disappointing I went to the front desk and pulled her to the side.And she decided to say that maybe my son wasn't allergic to something and I said no.That is Bedbugs I went to Hospital to get proof She refused to give me a refund or anything that resort is very Nasty The manager did not want to talk to me.I tried to show her proof of what they had on the sofa bed.It was very nasty and disgusting whit bedbugs

Great amenities and very nice rooms We had bed bugs in our suitcases when we left 🤦‍♀️. We booked a one bedroom with a balcony when we got there we were told they were all booked so they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom with no balcony, we were not told this until after we went to the room. We called the front and the girl was extremely rude. She did nothing to satisfy that we were aggravated we had no balcony. If you book a specific room you should be given that you shouldn’t over book your rooms or at least upgrade them to a better room with all requested amenities.
