The pool and hot tub my children enjoyed That I've returned home with bites on me, bed bugs are not something you want to take home with you also I get that it's a "pet friendly" hotel but when the dog next door barks all damn night that's pretty unacceptable, I told the front desk and they did nothing.

BED BUGS!!! The property host multiple motel style rooms. Ours was on the first floor near the pool AND their receiving dock. All night, you could hear the running water of the pool features and the beeping of trucks backing into the loading dock. The rooms were exceptionally cold at night as the temperature outside dropped to 56°F. We asked for more blankets because the bedding was pretty sparse, and the new bedding we received contained bed bugs!!!

Plenty of car parking spaces, check in was easy, staff were pleasant, the bed was comfortable. Received 80+ bites on first night which I suspect were from bed bugs. Hotel moved us to another room but offered no other assistance and has not replied to our emails asking for the report from pest control. Under the bed was dirty. Bathroom fittings were loose. Cafe was soulless and served breakfast in single use plastic containers. No shades on sunbeds around the pool.

The food was really good. The pool was clean and not over crowded. There was roaches. The music was low at the pool. The shower pressure was very very low. A few people were moved due to bed bugs.

It was central and close to everything in the city. The pictures were misleading and the room did not match the description. The room smelled and had water damage on the walls and roof. The facility had very low water pressure. The bed and pillows smelled. The day of checkout we found bed bugs (picture attached below).

There’s nothing I liked about Avanti. It was horrible there was bedbugs in the bed, towels, wash cloths also the heater didn’t work. We tried to call customer service no one answered the phone. Customer service was very unprofessional. I didn’t like anything about the property

Proximity to Universal and free parking Rooms stunk of mildew and marijuana. We found bed bugs in the first room. Found condoms tucked under the mattress in the 2nd room

Transportation is fine. Room is large. I recently stayed at this hotel last week and I must say, it was a terrible experience. The cleanliness of the room was abysmal. To my shock, one of the beds had bloodstains on the sheets, and the other bed was left without any sheets at all, only a thin brown blanket. This resulted in a freezing night's sleep, leaving me unable to rest properly. Upon reporting this to the front desk, I was told that the sheets would be changed the next day. However, not a soul came to address the issue, even after a week-long stay and subsequent checkout. The room had a strong musty odor, and to make matters worse, I discovered bed bugs on the bed. Upon returning home, I found myself covered in red welts. I sought medical attention and it was confirmed that they were indeed caused by bed bugs. I cannot express how disappointed I am with the overall condition of this hotel. It's a matter of basic hygiene and guest comfort, which were severely lacking. I strongly advise against staying here until they address these serious issues.

Location and price The cleanliness of the rooms, our first room had a large dead bug in the bed. Our second room we were moved to was very nice but when cleaned it wasn’t cleaned properly, bed was not made properly and rubbish was left out on sink after being emptied

Woke up to find the Air conditioner leaked all over room and my luggage. Buggers on the wall. Everything is rusted. You can hear the highway, extremely loud. No lifeguards. Weed smell everywhere. Pictures are definitely fake of the rooms. Save your money and get another hotel, this place is nastyyyyyy. Anyone can walk in this place as half the gates just open without the hotel key. Pool This place is not meant to be called a hotel but a jail room. I found bed bug in my room, hair all over the floor, dust, rusty air conditioner and lamp, stained beddings and towels; the room was so filthy. On entering the location at the front desk, there was mold on the ceiling and the smell of whatever is used for cleaning was horrible. My kids and I were sick for the one night we stayed at this hotel. I had to check out the next day for a better hotel. This place needs a complete renovation.

Bartenders were nice My child and myself woke up covered in bed bugs bites. Reported it to the front desk supervisor , who told me the manager was going to call me and and called. No compensation no care no follow up.

When we arrived at the Resort we got the keys when we went into the room it was the wrong room...we suppose to have gotten a king room,so we had to wait 3 hrs for our room which was comfortable, but as the days passed first housekeeper was good...the next 2 days a new housekeeper before she finished the work I gave her 5 dollars ahead before we left the room for her to clean...gotten back to the room we wasn't happy, so the next day her again the tub had stains from us showering and the sheets on the bed wasn't changed cause I had spilled coffee on the pillow case,and when we laid down...I had the same pillow cases,so this is how bed bugs start...people sleeping on nasty ass sheets...I'm so disappointed in this Resort...never again will I use this Resort. Dirty and filty Resort and bad housekeeper.

The location was great. Smelled really good in the lobby. Very nice facility Well one thing that was annoying is that they only had two people at check-in and there would be a line full of people waiting to get help which was not a good thing. And there would be other workers there that could help. Other problem I had was the first room I was placed in which was nice but the toilet wouldn’t flush so they had to come fix it and it still wasn’t working right. There was also a bed bug that had bitten my daughter friend multiple times and when I talked to the front desk they was suppose to move my room. We was on our way out to go to Disney so I wasn’t waiting around for them to have one ready. When I was told that when I come back from the parks that they would have a new room available and they hadn’t even started the process. I spoke with a manager and she said she would see about giving me one night refund which I thought wasn’t good enough with there being a bed bug in all. So she said that they had to do an investigation before they can refund the money when I had a picture of the bed bug on the pillow that my daughter was sleeping on. Went back the next day to grab some towels and ask if they found out about the room I was in and they said they wasn’t going to refund me any money for the bed bug after I was told by one manager that they would and that they are going to need me to fill out paperwork with a statement of what happened and that the first manager didn’t even put anything in the system about a bed bug issue. Then the night before I left I went and talked to another manager and she said the room came back negative for bed bugs and showed her the picture of the bug and the picture of my daughter friend arm after being bitten and having to buy medicine to help relieve the itch from the bite. The property didn’t handle the situation good at all. If I stayed on Disney properties I would’ve been moved to another room and compensated.

Place was disgusting arrived at 2:00 a.m was checked out by 6:00 was given an occupied room went to get that changed wasn't apologized to was given another room to only be connected and conjoined with a room of family I never asked or agreed to as well as bed bugs literally crawling all over my legs I'm so disgusted this needs to be taken off booking and condemned This place is disgusting absolute most horrible experience ever in Orlando I feel sorry for people who travel to that place expecting to have a legit vacation absolutely not my whole ride home all I could do was think how violated I felt waking up to feet under my door people walking and getting ready to go to theme parks while I was sleeping not knowing what was on the other side of the door I panicked packed up and left them discovered the bed bugs shut this old run down place down

location is perfect. swimming pool is average but ok for one day. checkin took more than one hour. Room had bed bugs.

location was great. cleanliness. There was blood spots on the sheets. They looked kind of fresh. Small little blood splatters almost like bedbugs. I did not get bit by any bedbugs. I checked out early. Did not stay the last night.

Area Got bit by bed bugs and no one has fixed the situation yet or contacted me back about my complaints and booking.com refused to allow me to speak with a manager or a supervisor and promised a resolution of a refund and coverage of next stage but has not delivered on their promises they keep hanging up on me whenever I call back and the property hasn’t fixed the problem either

Our room had bed bugs in it. I emailed the manager and he still hasn’t responded.

The resort is located on international drive ..so many restaurants lounges activities in walking distance. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been, they have bed bugs and upon contacting the front desk they were already aware of it.

The staff was great and friendly but this place really was disappointing. I know it was cheap so you get what you pay for and for the price it was alright but I wouldn’t call this place a resort at all. There’s nobody supervising the pool, tons of people partying and acting a fool drunk all over the hotel. Definitely not kid friendly, I didn’t feel very safe here either. Our room was filthy, felt humid in there all night even with the ac low, the ac leaked huge puddles of water all over our room. The cleaners need to do a better job. Our friends stayed here too and actually went home because they had bed bugs in their first room and then bed bugs again in the room they moved them to so they went home. The “buckets” at the bar were just styrofoam cups, I mean they could atleast use buckets and actually put some effort into this place. One lady lost her kid at the pool and panicked and I didn’t see any staff out there helping find him. People openly smoking weed all over the hotel. Rooms filled with guests over capacity. We saw people everywhere having hotel parties with 20+ people in their rooms and their doors wide open with music blaring and smoke everywhere. Not enough chairs and towels at the pool. The beds are not clean like they seem to be, they had bed bugs My daughter has stings all over her body like the pictures I demonstrate.

nothing This location is filthy! I got off of a flight at 10pm and went to check into my room and it was disgusting. The bedroom had dead bug carcasses including bed bugs. I’m highly allergic to bed bugs and here to recover for an operation. I am here alone with no car or help from anyone and I had to lug suitcases from one room to another at 12am. The front staff agreed if the second room was not clean or any other issues they would fully refund my stay being that I have a 12 day reservation later in the week. I showed the night supervisor the photos and videos and she agreed that was not clean. Sweeping and mopping floors are not a cleaning standard for them also. On top of having one dirty room the second room was also not clean. I could not sleep because other guests were blasting boom boxes at 2am in the morning. I end up at some point falling asleep around 5am and missed breakfast (no biggie). I go to check out and report my unsatisfactory experience in the second room, proving pictures, and the manager said they would not refund me because I slept in a room. I literally explained I was in no condition to move to another hotel nor could I afford another $70 Uber to get to a hotel that would be to a cleaning standard. This place is a joke and the day time staff suck. Phillip Jones (the guest services supervisor) did not go to any means to make this right. I will be sharing this review across platforms and will attach all supporting information and photos. I have been to this resort a few years ago and things were not like this. This place has gone downhill, you’re paying “resort fees” on a run down motel 6 here. I expect a full refund. I was catfished.

the location is perfect ! super close to universal studios and easy to get to Disney. Lots of restaurants around this location! rooms are not very well maintained! my bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling and wall! on a positive note ! no bed bugs or bugs in general
