Enjoy Hostel

The property was super run down, our bathroom had a broken button for the toilet, no exhaust fan, caved in duct work and mold above the shower. The lockers were terrible, thin and unable to lock securely. The 4 person female only dorms are built as a tandem walkthrough style that can be noisy at night. The bunks were alright but the space was very tight. Also the shared kitchen consists of a fridge, microwave and kettle but at least there were no food thieves.

Auberge immonde, mal insonorisée, remplie de punaises de lit et osent le nier quand on leur fait remarquer, à fuir, chambres "femmes seules" qui se retrouvent finalement avec des hommes...

Remplie de punaises de lit, literie immonde, mal insonorisé, staff désagréable, aucun ascenseur et pas indiqué avant, chambres doubles ?? (Doit passer par une autre chambre pour aller dans la notre). Seul point fort est que c'est proche de Montparnasse

Os lockers não funcionavam, precisei deixar minhas coisas sem ser trancadas! não aconteceu nada, mas mesmo assim não é tão legal. O banheiro do quarto feminino que fiquei é bem pequeno! nem da pra se trocar direito, mas não é nada ruim só desconfortavel. Porém outras meninas ficaram em quartos diferentes fem e os banheiros delas eram bem maiores

I reserved 2 beds in a 4 bed female dorm a month in advance through Hostelworld. Check in took 25min(just us), didn’t seem like their system worked well with Hostelworld res, had us booked in separate dorms but offered to change to same mixed, lockers were too narrow for any luggage other than a backpack, insects (NOT bed bugs) in the bathroom, had to walk through other dorm to get out so sort of an 8 person dorm noise and security wise, interconnecting door hit lockers when opened.

Franchement je n'ai rien apprécié, suis même partis sans me poser de peur d'attraper des punaises de lit, mon lit était pris par une autre personne qui s'était installé comme chez lui, sdb comprise, j'ai réservé un autre hôtel et perdu cette réservation....

Bonjour,je vous déconseille cette auberge,ils ont souvent des problème avec les punaises de lit, Le personnel pas emmable surtout la dame de l'accueil et ce qui concerne son collègue je lai déjà vu frapper à coup de pied un résident de lauberge

Stay Away.! The management are rude and Racist! The toliets are moldy and they smells. Air conditionier does not work got bitten by bed bugs i believe. i had to end my stay early because was i was exasperate by their conditions of their room. poor poor customers services. Once again Stay Away from Enjoy Hostel

Horrible experience. When we arrived, we thought we would have a great experience with Enjoy Hostel. We paied our stay at the check-in by cash. But after two weeks we found out that they had debited 90 euros in our card two days before our arrival. We tried to contact them three times but no one replies and we didn't get our money back until now. Besides this, in our second night I found a disgusting bed bug in my pillow. The receptionist changed our room, but didn't even offer to help us to move our stuff (there are no lifts in the hostel). In the following day, we had to pay to wash all of our clothes at high temperature because of this incident. The pictures you see of the hostel in their website is deffinetely different from the reality, the rooms are not that comfortable and clean.
