I got bitten by fleas there while I was sleeping at night—or maybe they were bedbugs. It’s also unclear when I’ll get my 50 euros back.

They never once cleaned any of the beds and I got bed bug bites from this place

The rooms are very dirty. There is dirt under the beds, and we were bitten by bed bugs. We saw bed bugs ourselves, and our friends were bitten as well. Under the mattresses, there was dirt and hair. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Pros: the staff was nice and the location was amazing Cons: my arm is covered in so many bed bug bites it looks like I have permanent goosebumps. My first 3 days were fine then on the 4th night I started getting bites and I thought they were mosquitoes. This continues on the 5th even after I close the window. On my last day/night I wake up to bed bugs on the walls and bed and my arm turned into a no cost blood bank. Idk about the rest of the rooms but 308 is not it.

Bed sheets too short and kept coming up. No desk or anything in our double room to put bags on/get clothes out during our 8 day stay. Some friends of ours in another double room had much more space and a desk etc. - guess it just depends if you get lucky or not. No sign of bed bugs or anything that I saw in some previous reviews.

I woke up to bed bugs crawling on me. Maybe bed bugs happen periodically everywhere, maybe, but they just didn’t care about limiting it at all! After I got ready to leave, they moved someone else in to the exact same room that I was staying in, after I just told them there were bedbugs there 15 minutes earlier. Extremely unprofessional, poorly managed, and overall poor cleanliness.

We found bed bugs, the room wasn't clean enough, not even some hand soap, the shower didn't work well, not many plugs, the towels were really poor quality.

There may have been bed bugs. They do not provide towels. Good location, nice check-in and check-out experience. Bed linen provided.

I was bitten by Bedbugs all over my body and the management did not care.

I had an understanding with some good staffs and I relinquished my ID as a deposit which was accepted even though it's not policy but I was thankful for that, I hence extended my reservation for an extra night, only for me to come back after a hard day of work and been told I can't go in. Already I had issues with Bedbugs in room 208 and got bites all over my body and adviced them to do something about but there was no apology or even any action carried out. I showed them my skin where I got bites and even showed them a bug on the wall that I killed as they asked me to show them one bug which I found very unpleasant and unprofessional. This has been the most unpleasant and the most disgusting customer care service I ever experienced. On the third day, I was at the reception to collect my ID and pay the deposit, but they didn't find my ID, and as per policy, I shouldn't be able to pay with cash but the staff on the desk used his personal bank card to pay for me while I gave him cash and I thanked him for it. Only for me to come on my last day to get treated like shit with all the dissatisfaction from Bedbugs bites all over my body. This is very wicked and unfair

We stayed at a private room. It was small but clean, although we found some bed bugs. There was no soap, not even to rinse our hands and the towels were of poor quality. Location is excellent, very closed to the main centre, bars and restaurants

Facilities are so old, nothing like the pictures. We got a dirty room And the biggest of all is the BED BUGS, I have suffered from BUGS bites all over my body, that was disgusting experience, I had to leave my room in middle of the night to look for different hotel! The staff were aware of the problem which makes it even worse.

I did not like the dirt and the presence of bed bugs, which caused me several bites, the fact that there were very few tablecloths to dry, the stench in general in the hotel, but fortunately not present in the room

Hostel has a problem with bed bugs. Check the Google reviews. I tried to talk with the hostel for a refund as this is a serious health issue. No reply. Customer Service of Booking tried as well and got no reply.

first room had bed bugs, we got moved to a second room with bed bugs, got moved again into a room with mold on the ceiling and more bed bugs

The toilet seat in my room was completely broken off and I left with bedbug bites. Not good

Good location but ended up finding a bed bug in my clothes in the morning. Staff didnt want to let me cancel my upcoming night's stay. Reception told me "It's a hostel, bed bugs happen." What a great attitude. I was here one day arriving to Hungary from Canada, no where else this little guy could have reasonably come from.
