Service was all of the place. Some staff were really kind but I had some rude interactions. one lady who works at the club downstairs screamed at me for trying to exit through the wrong door. Not the hotels fault but my car got broken into and they were helpful trying to get me through it and taped up my window. I found a bed bug which was gross. Bathroom situation is weird no privacy unless you like watching/ hearing someone use the restroom. Location was nice for quick access to downtown but then again I did get robbed so maybe but the best location to keep your car safe. Wasn’t the worst hotel experience but definitely would not return.

Leider hatte ich bei der Rückkehr von meinem Aufenthalt Insektenstiche von Bettwanzen im Nacken und in den Armen. Ich werde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall wieder buchen. Es ist für mich zu einem Albtraum geworden.

Prefacing this by saying I have never left a review in my life but we received such horrid customer service that it warranted one. We found bed bugs in one of our beds and we told the front desk immediately, to which they responded by telling us they’d offer a partial refund. As soon as we left and emailed them again about the situation, they said they actually won’t be refunding anything. They proceeded to accuse us of lying after we sent them many pictures and videos, claiming it “wasn’t their linens” in the photos. We sent more proof that the picture was clearly taken in their hotel room, and they then stopped responding. We approached them with complete understanding that this sometimes happens and can be out of the hotel’s control, and only asked to be partially compensated for the nights we spent in the infested room and to be refunded for our dry cleaning. Bizarre lack of customer service for something so serious. Also, while they denied the bedbugs, they admitted to finding silverfish in the room, which obviously aren't as bad but definitely not something you want to be sleeping with! Unfortunate experience all around and I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want to avoid fighting off creatures in the night and being gaslit by management.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel very much because I just checked out today and found bed bug bites all over my neck and arms. This is extremely disturbing. I booked this upon recommendation of a colleague for a work trip, and was put into a room that was probably made for 4 people as the whole hotel is very hostel style, but I was the only occupant of the room. This part was fine with me, but the room was not very clean. The floors often produced used contacts that someone had improperly thrown away, and random pieces of hair everywhere. Regardless, since I brought my own flip flops, I did not care and just went about my business. I slept on one of the beds and for the most part the sheets and the blankets looked clean. However, upon waking up this morning to an excessive amount of bites, I now know that this room and bed was filled with bed bugs! Now I am extremely concerned about having them in my luggage and will be traveling for some time to come, but when I get home I am afraid I don't know how I will even bring my luggage in, perhaps just have to throw it all away? This is terrible. I would not recommend staying here at all.
