La Flamenka Hostel

Séjour catastrophique puisque dès le 1er soir nous avons découvert des punaises de lit dans notre chambre, nous avons été piquées... La réception était injoignable donc pas possible de changer de chambre. Nous avons du chercher un autre hôtel à 1h du matin. L'auberge nous a remboursé les 2 nuits prévues initialement, car évidemment nous ne sommes pas revenues pour la nuit suivante .

Les lit ne sont pas confortable, les chambres ne sont pas isolé la cerise sur le gateau les punaise de lit 😱😱pour une nuit j’ai était piqué de partout avec les punaise de lit

Bed bugs were present in this property. Staff were uncontactable to deal with the issue at the time. Did not sleep at the property and left early for the airport as the conditions were disgusting

Staff didn’t really know much about the city - I know it is not mandatory but when asked ‘is the nearest stop to get the bus to the airport plaza de armas’ the answer was - ‘well I do not know the name but it’s close’ ALSO, I came back home a few days ago and I found weird bites on my body - don’t know if they’re spired, ant or bedbugs bite but my arms are covered in them. So, even though it looks clean, that does not seem to ge the case.

Había chinches. Huid de ahí. No hay recepción por la noche ni nadie que te atienda. Tuve que irme a otro alojamiento y no se hacen responsables del coste.

Había chinches en la habitación. No había servicio de recepción por la noche y tampoco atendían a ningún teléfono. Tuve que buscarme un alojamiento a mitad de la noche y, para colmo, no se han hecho responsables de los daños y perjuicios que me supuso. Creen, además, que es de agradecer que me hayan devuelto el dinero de la estancia.

I only stayed for 2 nights but I definitely regret it. There was probably some kind of bug in the bed. I have round red bumps on different parts of my body and they are itchy.

Rude, unwelcoming, careless staff, no Hello/How are you, nothing, they look like you're bothering them and just wouldn't want you to be there. Shakiest bunks in the world!! It's like being on a ship through a storm, and they know but don't care. Horrible sewage smell on the 1st floor where the dorms are. Noisy door, bright light out of the window going on intermittently all night and paper thin curtains, the individual reading lights are waaay to bright too. People coming in and out all night. Impossibile to sleep. No towels, no soap in the shower and to keep the shower running you have to press the button every 3 seconds. Too expensive for what they provide.

Bettwanzen!!! Das hat mir echt den Urlaub versaut! Macht die Betten sauber und wechselt die Bettwäsche. Das ist respektlos!

Après un séjour à hostel flamenca on a attrapé des punaises de lit ça grattait toute la nuit dans le lit sur tout le corps .pendant plusieurs jours les draps n’ont pas été changés …De plus ils nous ont facturé une nuit supplémentaire qui était de base annulé . Les vitres ne sont pas doubles vitrage attention aux bruits nocturnes .
