Hoi An Viet House Homestay

Unfortunately I’d love to leave a better review but both my partner and I got bitten by bed bugs

The price and location are good for Hoi An. However as we checked into the room, we found a lot of poop and fresh blood of bedbugs on the bed as well as a live one. We went downstairs immedeatly to check out. She said she wanted to help with the cancelation but it took the help of Airbnb and 4 days before it was settled. She kept telling us she could not reach them by phone. We had no problem contacting them by mail and phone. So we had the impression that she did not want to make an effort for us. For the location and the price it is ok. But I would not go there for sure for the hygiene and the host.

Terrible ! I arrived at 1:30pm and had to wait 2 hours to get the room (nice with the shower out there). When the owner finally brought me to the room, surprise it was a two single bed room (I was alone) so I asked for a double bed room and she started to sigh like she was really annoyed. After few minutes I finally got the room.... This one was actually not clean at all (hair on the bed and on the floor). The cherry on the top : I had to kill bed bugs the whole night !!! Avoid this hotel ! There is so many other much better places for the same price in Hoi An !!
