Sulit Dormitel & Budget Hotel

- Construction ongoing in the building. All the time morning till evening heavy noise.

- 24 saat kesintisiz gürültü var, hem otelin içinde hem dışında inanılmaz bir gürültü var. odalar böcekli, banyoda şu ana kadar gördüğüm en büyük hamamböceğini gördüm, odada çöp kovası yok

- Odalar böcekli, hijyen yok, her şeye ekstra para istiyorlar, çöp kovası bile olmayan odalara girişte 500 peso depozito alıyorlar, şu ana kadar gördüğüm en rahatsız yataklar..

- It was horrible. There was no toilet paper, no blankets for the mattress, no towels, no hot water, the shower head didn’t work. No windows and no elevator.

- When I checked into the hotel, I was asked for a deposit. I went to take a shower, but the hot water wasn't working. I requested that the issue be resolved, and they said it could only be fixed in the evening. I then asked them to fix it the following day, but with no success. I had to ask a second time. The person who came didn’t fix it, and since I was only staying for three days, I decided not to complain further. I also noticed a stain on the bed sheet—perhaps wine or blood that the wash hadn’t removed. I didn’t complain about that either.Later, they wanted to charge me from the deposit for the stain and for the towel being too dirty. After I complained about the lack of empathy, they only charged me for the towel. In my opinion, it didn’t make sense, but I admitted that I unintentionally left the towel a bit dirty.My towels and bed sheets were never changed in 3 days.

+ The only reason to chose this hotel is the price, it is low. However, even for the low price, everything is worse than expected.

- The staff is dishonnest and not friendly, thhe mattresses are too thin and very unconfortable, there's no window in the room, AC very very noisy, they steal the deposit they ask at check-in, WiFi is poor, often useles...

- Bei der Ankunft muss man 500 Peso als Versicherung für den Raum bezahlen. Diese bekamen wir wegen einem kleinen Blutfleck auf der Bettdecke nicht zurück obwohl sie die Sachen eh waschen müssen. Das WLAN ging lediglich in der Lobby und die Klimaanlage war sehr laut.

+ Localização muito boa com transporte perto. O quarto poderia ter geladeira, e o sinal de wi-fi poderia ser melhor. Os atendentes/ recepcionistas estão de parabéns.

+ It’s cheap and I like the free breakfast. LRT-2 and SM are just a few steps away.

- The air conditioning unit was not functioning well. There is no elevator.

+ Clean room with good shower. Good service, good value for money. Close to big mall and train station.

- Aircon very noisy / leaky. Early check-in only possible against extra fee. Breakfast a bit tiny but was still good.

+ The people are friendly, very accommodating and easy to talk to. They have helped me a lot with my luggage, as well as during check-in and check-out. They even allow me to leave my large luggage with them, which makes my entire trip much easier. I started booking with them last year, and this year I’ve made many more bookings. I’ve also recommended them to a friend, who was very happy with the experience, especially because of the convenient and accessible location

- Tienes que pagar una fianza en efectivo de la que no te avisan con antelacion. La habitacion tiene ruido ensordecedor del ventilador, y tambien de las obras de la calle. No hay agua caliente en el baño
