20min waiting time at the reception to get room key... one single employee, overhelmed with all requests. The free coffee machine wasnt working (no coffee in the room). Kids from the surrounding (Make it clear : they didnt stay in the hotel) playing in the street, in the lobby, using host bathroom, making lot of noise and mess. No staff reaction ! Teenagers running and screaming in floors corridor at least until midnight... Room quality : old room, a renovation is needed now (still old hotel name present, dirty corners), mattress OK! I didnt try the breakfasts as all reviews were negative for an expensive price. Check out time : no one asked me about the quality of my stay. Yes it was cheap and I understand why. Yes, I slept well, just hoping now to dont get bed bugs in the coming weeks aahha

Attention!!! If you love and respect yourself - don't stay at this propriety!! Here work people who value money more than you!! I booked 9 rooms, and asked to refund just 1 - cause we had nephew pass away, young handsome guy, full of life :( And i needed that money to give to my sister for support!! And hotel just not humans!!! they didn't return any cent!! they don't care about you! For them you are just ATM - which they need for maximim withdraw of money!! they have no heart, they have no empathy! Even animals can feel sorry about sorrows. How greedy they are that even several days before i informed them - they could give that room to other client! We paid breakfast - they new we would not use it and that they would need less product to spent, and even didn't return breakfast money - nothing!!! Other hotels- gave us some options, to come during year for free, some return money - we have big experience with hotels that behave in the mood " i win - you win!" - but this is something extraordinary - this hotel approach " pay us money - and go to hell !!! ". If you value humanity - than don't stay here!!! Breakfast - was nothing - better to eat outside - not worth the money you pay!! Out of 9 room - in several rooms our colleagues find bedbugs!!!! SOS!! One of colleagues even find it in luggage when they returned to home - you know what does it mean?? if this bedbugs appear in your house - you need special forces to terminate them!!! Only the way to force them to change their approach and attitude - is NOT TO STAY in This HOTEL!! As they love money - only less money make them to improve!!! P.S they would answer that it is their strict policy and they could not do anything!!! Lie!!! this is your policy- not Law! And yes, you can make exceptions!! If person Death is not exception, if peoples Greif - is not exception - than go and fk yourself in your hotel rooms!!!

I recently stayed at The President Brussels Hotel from July 8th to July 12th, 2024, and it was dreadful. My stay was completely ruined by a severe bed bug infestation in my room. I woke up covered in painful bites all over my body, and the discomfort has been unbearable. Despite providing photographic evidence of the bites and requesting a refund, the hotel management flatly denied my request. This lack of accountability and disregard for guest well-being is appalling. I am still itching days after...

Horrible expérience, il y avait des punaises de lit dans la chambre aucune compréhension de la part des employer de l’hôtel et surtout aucun remboursement alors que nous avons quitter la chambre précipitamment à 2h du matin ! Je ne recommande absolument pas à fuir avec des PUNAISES de lit
