Bed sheets were not clean, I woke up with massive amounts of bed bug bites on my arms, shoulders, and back. Front desk check out attendant had a very rude attitude because I checked out at 12:00pm. Check out is at 12:00pm so I’m not sure why there was a problem.

The staff is friendly even though we did interact very little with them. The breakfast is good with lots of options. The breakfast room is also very charming and cozy. We were lucky and got a corner room with a balcony with a very nice view where it was possible to see the river Seine. The availability of rooms where 3 people can sleep. The location is very noisy as it is located very close to the Fontaine Saint-Michel. We experienced a lot of noise during most of the night making it difficult to keep the window open at night. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable making it difficult to sleep. My back got really bad from sleeping in a bed that was so incredibly soft that it was even difficult to turn around in the bed. Our daughter woke us up last night with itches all over her body. She thought it was bedbugs but there were no common signs of bedbugs. My wife changed places with her and in half an hour she started itching too. We never discovered what caused the problem but it was extremely uncomfortable and we didn´t get much sleep that night.
