Way to many people in a room, some guy was allowed to sleep naked in our mixed dorm. Staff did give us a full refund but would not recommend
The bed’s were uncomfortable and room and washrooms were small. Sheets weren’t washed and staff wasn’t that friendly

não tem lugar pra guardar as coisas, fui no banheiro voltei pro quarto tinha sumido minha câmera da mochila, não quiseram nem me mostrar as câmeras do estabelecimento, nao recomendo esse lugar pra ninguém.
Une honte totale, Réservation annulée le jour de mon check-in par la réception sans solution de relogement a 23h le soir . La réceptionniste était mécontente après avoir fais remarqué que le prix indiqué sur le site était inférieur au prix payé. Réceptionniste méprisante, irrespectueuse, qui répond " je m'en fou ce n'est pas mon problème" Honteux, le service de sécurité est également irrespectueux.. à éviter absolument !!!
A total shame, Reservation canceled on the day of my check-in by the reception without accommodation solution at 11pm . The receptionist was unhappy after she remarked that the price indicated on the website was lower than the price paid. Disdainful, disrespectful receptionist, who replies "I don't care it's not my problem" Shame, the security service is also disrespectful.. to be avoided absolutely !!!
The room I was staying in had broken bathroom lock before I checked in and one lady stuck inside midnight so we had to help her. Shower drainage was completely blocked and no hot water coming from shower head. When I went to complain in the morning first receptionist lady made me wait 20 mins as she was making and serving coffee to some guests. At the end when I complained she said it's not her duty and I have no right to complain her instead she asked me to contact maintenance. Worst place ver

It was the worst hostel experience.
This property was not what we expected. The entrance and what is presented to you online is totally different than the experience. Bathrooms are diabolically disgusting. The rooms are similar to jail cells, no privacy curtains. We paid for breakfast but it wasn’t worth it, you’re better off going out to breakfast everyday. I would only do it again if I was with a larger group of friends, making it more of a comfortable experience, but I don’t think I’ll be back here again, not cleanly at...

Horrible à fuir for Sûre
The place wasn’t clean at all. Lots of dust under the beds for example. There was a clear lack of organization / team communication in the check-in systems. The worst thing was really the long-air guy that’s wears an overcoat (unfortunately the one who checked us in and was there during the night). He was constantly patrolling the hostel’s common spaces shutting the vibe off. Even though he was the one to made us the check-in, 3 hours later he came to us with attitude asking “do you guy...

This is the best hostel in London, the facility is pretty big and there is always a great atmosphere. The staff are helpful, especially Kasia, she is vibrant and very polite and she always handles business to her best abilities. If there is a problem, she comes to the room and handles it like a boss. They always have young students from other countries and it makes me feel younger. It's definitely a safe hostel and the sheets are clean. Thumbs up!

We went as two girls to a mixed dorm room. Though the room in itself was acceptable, the other people in it were not. The hostel should not accept anyone coming in to the point of making other guests feel uncomfortable/ unsafe. The men in our room were disrespectful, too comfortable (starting personal conversations while still in underwear etc., older than).Thankfully the staff was great and moved us rooms to somewhere safe. The hostel in itself is reasonable, well situated. But not safe enough.
We had an amazing stay! The room was clean and the staff was super nice and helped us with everything, especially Sergi and Kasia! :) thank you, definitely coming again

Bien placé, vélo proche, épicerie proches, tout est proche et l’emplacement et cool les lieu est bien décoré, les chambres sont simple mais efficace, tout fonctionne, je recommande.

Bastante bé dins del que cap ja que ens van cambiar l'habitació a una molt més privada i va ser molt millor. Però dubto que netegessin molt les habitacions. Els lavabos compartits estaven molt bé, més dutxes per això funciona és una mica malament i apuntaven on volien. Per últim el wifi no es que anés tan bé. però si sort d'això tot molt bé i la gent molt amigable
I'm pretty sure that's what I'm getting at, since they're going to change the room to a much more private one and it's going to be much better. but I doubt they're going to clean the rooms very much. the shared bathrooms were very good, more showers so that works and a little bit wrong i was pointing out that we wanted to. finally the wifi is not that good. but if it turns out all is very good and the people are very friendly
