    Jordan (the African or Caribbean night receptionist) has an adult body with a child's mind. He's not suited to working face-to-face; he should have a job that isn't face-to-face. Plus, the rooms have bedbugs, the building doesn't have an elevator, and there are a lot of stairs to climb. There isn't even a microwave.
