+ The wifi was working fine.

- The room was very noisy, as it faced the street and one of the window's double glazing glasses was broken, providing no soundproofing from the street at all. It is also on the top floor of what seemed to be a night club, so there was more noise coming from that. We barely slept during the one night we stayed over. We had booked a second night but decided to move to another hotel. There weren't two sets of towels in the room. We only found one set but there were two of us there. The outlets on the walls were very loose, our chargers kept falling off. The bed frame was very finnicky and creaked with the slightest of movement. The mattress was decent. There's wasn't enough space in the lockers provided for a decent amount of clothes to be stored there. There was no wardrobe available. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but the bathtub was in bad condition and its curtain was broken and thrown on the floor in front of the tub. Keep in mind the bathroom is shared with one more room.

- The property was extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell throughout. It was not as described online, which was very disappointing. Due to the condition, I could not stay and had to leave immediately. The place clearly needs a full refurbishment and better maintenance standards.

- The location was amazing. Other than that everything else was horrible. The bed had no box spring making it sink into the ground and was extremely uncomfortable. The room felt dirty because every single piece of furniture was stained, smelled and looked as if it was picked up in the ally. We brought this to the staffs attention via text since there is no receptionist or worker on site. They totally disregarded our complaint. Will never go back.

- I washed my clothes and hung them on my bed frame to dry, but the staff decided to take them without asking and dump them in the lost and found. I explained the situation, but apparently, their policy is “zero responsibility, zero action.” Truly impressive customer service. In the end, my roommate found out that my stuff had been placed in their lost-and-found bag. We showed them the evidence and asked for compensation — and, unsurprisingly, that’s when they suddenly stopped responding. How professional.

- Window was taped, zero soundproofing as if the window was open, door rubbing against the floor, loose lock, shabby walls, shared bathroom. Last-minute room change. Refund refused of course. Chargeback in the bank requested.

- Endroit globalement sale et mal entretenu. Manque d’équipements au sein de l’établissement et voisins invivables… Je ne recommande absolument pas

- The pillows had dried blood. The window were not sealed correctly all the street noise was bleeding thru. And when I went to go laid down after a while I got super itchy

- The blind did not work in my room. It was right into the main street with bright lights, flashing billboards and cars constantly going past. The plastic thing to close the blind was missing, so I'm glad I brought my sleeping mask. The room was also freezing cold and very dirty in places. The bed only had a very light sheet with no proper duvet cover. I was shivering and searched the closet for a duvet. I found one but it smelled musty and unclean, but I had to use it to cover myself because it was so cold in the room. Additionally, the bed was super squeaky and the mattress sunken on one side. Pillows rubbish too. Also, there was dust, hair and stains in the room. Picked a cheap room because I was only going to need it for 10 hours but incredibly poor experience with the cleanliness, cold and malfunctioning blind.

+ L'emplacement au pied du métro est vraiment parfait. On est direct au centre-ville. Chambre et espaces communs plutôt confortables et propres, rien à redire. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

- Ça reste un hostel donc isolation pas top niveau bruit, mais c'est souvent le cas dans les grandes villes.

- Parking obviously. Coffee was offered , however the pot was broken. Room had no real ventilation. Windows were currently winterised, with no real way to open. No AC. No fan. Only thermostat was in the shared kitchen.

- Stanza poco pulita ma sopratutto la stanza non era acusticamente isolata. Da un lato sembrava di essere per strada e dall'altro si sentiva ogni rumore dellinterno come se la porta non ci fosse. Inoltre non c'era la possibilità di creare buoi. Il dormire e stato un incubo.

- Day 2 of my stay the electricity goes out and im not able to charge my phone before the concert I'm going to. After im back the electricity is back but now theres no water. Next morning water is back but its brown in color. Could add more but I'll stop there.
