Easy to book last minute, called at 10:30 pm and got a bed. The cleanliness was subpar at best. Hair was all over the floor in the communal shower areas and mold was growing in the actual shower stalls. They also have BEDBUGS. Once confronted about the BEDBUGS, it seemed to be no surprise to the staff. They didn’t apologize or anything, they just asked if I had any bites. Although they offered me a different bed upon asking, I found it incredibly uncomfortable to stay there any longer so I just checked out. This is insane. I feel terrible for all of the people staying here knowing that they’re potentially exposed to bedbugs, it’s unfortunate.

Severe bed bugs and no help or reimbursement from management after 2 months — absolutely not recommended Severe Bed Bug Infestation - Extremely Disappointing Stay We were 2 girls and we discovered a severe bed bug infestation in our room (Studio H) on 30 November 2025. The bugs were found in the beds and the curtains, and we have photo and video evidence. We stayed there for three nights, completely unaware of the situation. This is a serious hygiene and safety issue, and the room was unusable. We now have bites all over our bodies, suffer from intense itching, and must have all our clothes and belongings professionally cleaned. We immediately contacted the accommodation through email and Booking.com and in person, but as of 26 January 2026 , we have received no response, no assistance, and no refund. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and extremely frustrating. We requested: - A full refund for the entire stay - Full reimbursement of all professional laundry and cleaning costs - Compensation for the stress, inconvenience, and time lost - A written statement on how this case will be handled Additionally, we were told on-site that this is not the first time this issue has occurred, which strongly suggests that the problem was never properly resolved and is recurring and continually present. At this point, I cannot recommend staying here until the infestation is fully eliminated and the management improves its responsiveness.

Just don’t believe those fake reviews on trip.com. This hostel is really wet and moldy. You can smell mold from the air. My lungs got pain in room. Only very few public bath available, and dirty restroom OUTSIDE of the hostel. (NOT outside the room, it’s outside the hostel! Bed is dirty I got red rashes all over my body. Luckily local hospitals’ doctor said that’s not bedbugs but allergies. Roommate makes phone calls from 6am till midnight and cry for several days. Employees here can speak multiple languages and all of them are friendly, but that doesn’t change the fact that hotel itself is bad. Avoid this hostel!

Bugs in beds. I was excited to stay at this hostel so I made a reservation and the check-in was fast and easy. I was shown to an way upper bed up the stairs in a large room. The first thing I noticed was the thick layer of dust all over the pipes and ceiling. I took a shower and the facilities were just ok. I lay down to nap and feel bites all over my back and found one large bug and squished it. I went down to reception where 5 staff were sitting there and showed them the bug and the bites on my back. One girl was understanding and said she would move me to another bed on the opposite side of the room. I asked to go on a lower bunk and she agreed, she was also very kind and gave me a small bottle of green oil to help. I lay down to nap and another staff came in, wiped the tops of the bunks with a wet-wipe and left. I went to sleep early and woke up at 3am with even more bites, this time I looked and there were half a dozen tiny bugs. The first bug wasn't a bed bug but these definitely were. I couldn't sleep any more and checked out early. It was busy, I saw over a dozen guests in one afternoon. The staff were nice. Location was great. I will take down the review and think about staying there again once the entire hostel is shut down and fully cleaned.

One of the more unique hostels I've stayed at, featuring three-decker beds with stairs. The bed was comfortable, and contrary to some reviews, I experienced no issues with bedbugs. Each bed comes with a shelving unit for your belongings and a small locker for valuables, which is a nice touch. The only downside is having to go to a different room to use the toilet, which can be a bit inconvenient.

BEDBUGS come free with every bed (2-5 each), and if you are lucky they infect every piece of cloth or equipment you own. The staff is amazing and make sure to move people around beds to keep the bedbug population stable. It's a cool surprise event as they don't tell people about if before moving in. I loved that the staff just stayed silent and played dumb not to ruin the surprise for others, so kind of them. Just get a good dermatologist and enough cremes and vaccinations if you want to enjoy it longer. Happy scratching!

PROS: the hostel was proximity wise. the staff is both good and nice. CONS: the rooms are not clean. during my four days stay, I didn't see any cleaning staff that sweep the floor of the rooms. I could still see the trash, powder dust, etc. My friend and I got rashes all over our bodies, it was so itchy like we got bitten by bed bugs. though the curtains provided privacy yet it was dimly lighted. the toilet is lovates outside and no bidet.
