The worst manner hostel I have met in the world. I asked for the 19% tax refund regulated by the Chile government for foreigners and written most all places , the boss said he doesn't have. Then I asked for the receipt contained the tax he has reported to the government. He asked me out of his house otherwise he would have called the police, that moment was 10:30pm and I needed to get up at 5:00am next day for leaving and hiking. Everyone was super kind however it was pretty dirty

Es aceptable, hay cocina disponible hasta las 23hrs. Habitaciones baño privado y compartido. Camas medianamente comodas. Y precio promedio de entre las demas opciones. Una habitacion doble con baño compartido 26.000 pesos por dos personas.

Buen hostal para estar cercano al centro de natales, buen internet y desayuno, sin embargo, las piezas no aislan el sonido, se escucha cada vez que hacen ruido en las habitaciones de al lado. Si vas al baño, se va a escuchar y sobre todo si es de madrugada.

The owners of this hostel are wonderful and helpful, though you certainly get what you pay for in terms of quality of rooms. It was so loud, the beds were uncomfortable, and the shower didn’t drain. The location is nice since it’s a 10-15 minute walk to the bus station, but overall it’s very much a hostel vibe.

Safe, clean and soft beds. Breakfast is just toast with different spreads like honey and jam. Good for a quick overnight stop

It was so much hair on the bed didn’t feel clean l don’t think they changed sheet s or pillowcase Old building lots of old stuff around
