Everyone was super kind however it was pretty dirty

Safe, clean and soft beds. Breakfast is just toast with different spreads like honey and jam. Good for a quick overnight stop

It was so much hair on the bed didn’t feel clean l don’t think they changed sheet s or pillowcase Old building lots of old stuff around

I stayed at el Patagónico during my time in Puerto Natales, Everyone trying to made my stay as stress free as possible, I was there before check in time and they offer to look after my bags, they offer to save your luggage if you happen to do the O or the W circuit as if was my case. The place has many rooms and many washrooms and they work hard to keep all the areas as clean as possible. This is the place that doesn't offer a party every night but instead a peaceful transition during your trip

Great place to stay - close walk to the bus station, big kitchen, nice courtyard to hangout in, rooms were basic but clean. The front desk offered tours and gear rentals which were great

A nice place to stay but not very social.

Fantastic warm and comfortable hostel which was a great place to stay before and after the W trek. The owners are lovely and really helpful - wished we’d booked an extra night! Breakfast could be improved but apart from that I can’t really fault it. Thanks!

This was fine for one night before heading to the park. The hostel is nice but our double room was very small. staff were very nice.

I’ve stayed in countless hostels globally, and this one is easily at the top of my list. The owners treat you like family: they are sociable, attentive, and incredibly accommodating.They made my Torres del Paine experience so much easier by storing my gear while I was on the trail. What touched me most was their flexibility: they let me stay a few nights after they had technically closed for the season. 100% recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at El Patagonico! The owners were so lovely and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They also stored our luggage whilst we were on the W Trek which was so helpful! We would definitely recommend this hostel.

Amazing! This is a family-owned hostel, and the family is very caring of every person that comes in. We would get recommendations of TDP and Natales regularly! They provide a nice variety of breakfast from 5-10 AM -awesome for early treks. Very English-friendly place. The private En-suite room was amazing-had hangers, decent shelf, lamps. bed/sheets/pillows were all clean and comfortable. Best hot-shower I have ever had!

Excellent hostel, the owners and staff are extremely nice and always ready to help. Perfect location between the center and the bus terminal, everything within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Common areas and my private room were clean. Chill atmosphere for people who go hiking, not the place to party and meet many people.

Un hostel verdaderamente agradable. Las estancias comunes muy cómodas y acogedoras. Las habitaciones amplias y los baños grandes y limpios. La pareja encargada del hostel muy amable, en todo momento disponible para ayudar con cualquier cosa. El desayuno muy rico. Sin duda recomendable!

By far the most pleasant and social hostel in PN. Don’t look any further! Lovely staff, really good layout of social spaces (including cute garden), clean, good beds with lights and outlets, comfy temp inside, nice kitchen.

Would highly recommend this hostel. The main reason is the lady who runs it is extremely kind providing recommendations and let us leave our bags whilst we did the O trek and was very welcoming to us when we were back from our trek and weren’t staying the night. Hostel was clean and had a good communal area. Nice cosy feel.

We loved our stay at this hostel. The team is fantastic (extra shout to Jessy). The place is is set up perfectly for visitors. Organized. Clear, easy instructions. People are respectful. It's clean. The early breakfast is really a huge deal. Many of us are leaving early on the bus to the park and being able to have an early coffee and breakfast makes all the difference. Great location. They can help you organize trips or rides. We will always highly recommend this gem.

Really cosy hostel, very safe and secure and sociable atmosphere considering everyone is either frantically prepping for or desperately trying to recover from days of trekking. Extra points for the Nintendo Wii
