We booked a private room, which was just off the main lobby/kitchen area so it was really noisy from other guests talking late. The mattress on the bed was so terrible and felt like a water bed. We booked it because it was close to the bus station, but regretted this because of the quality of the mattress, noise and high cost of this hostel considering

Met great people. Great volunteers and great lady managing the place. Not great facilities in dorms and privates. Very badly run in my opinion from the owner. The little game done with all the travelers with the payment is horrible and needs to be adressed. Bear in mind the price you might see is way less than what they are going to make you pay at the property.(This isn't about the little tax every place in Mexico asks for, it's much more, here from 7 I paid 19 which is the price of way better ...

They add additional taxes. Price on app is less but in actual when we go for Checkin they say there are additional taxes and charge more.

CUIDADO HOSTEL QUE ENGAÑA A LOS VIAJEROS. Te quieren cobrar al llegar el doble de lo que contratas por medio de la plataforma. A pesar de tener la factura que emite la plataforma y donde pone claramente el pago total, te quieren cobrar el doble . Yo me negué porque el recibo de la contratación por medio de la plataforma esta muy claro el p pone claro, me dijo que el precio era el que ella me decía y que sino me buscara otro sitio. Mercedes from reception is amazing is deserves a 10. Rat found on the kitchen and many more can be heard traveling through the ceiling. Hospital matress with cardboard as bedding not conducive to optimum sleep. Hotel cleaning lady rude and takes liberties such throwing your stuff without asking a d must win the prize of shady attitude. Hotel allowed specific guests to play loud music and drink in the dorm . Wallet stolen in the dorm so not really a hostel vibe .

Alternatif check out I want to leave my back pack for a few hours(maximum 3 hours) the start claim 200 pezo for this İt is not a hotel or hostel costom. I travel a lot. Many time I left my backpack for along tine without charge.

Front desk was friendly and nice. They will tell you that your credit card is not working. Pushing you to pay cash. And the exchange rate is a rip off. Terrible. Bathroom and wc is in bad condition. There's no soap to wash hands after wc. Wonder how the stuff is washing hands after.... Kitchen is also very dirty. It makes it difficult to cook your own food. Breakfast is basically bread, margarine and jam in dirty looking containers.. I wouldn't stay there again. Worst place I ever stayed.

The rooms are located right next to reception, which was very loud. The employees had loud conversations on speaker phone early in the morning and late into the night making sleep difficult. The bed was so uncomfortable I opted to sleep on the floor rather than get poked with springs. A/c worked well in the room and the location is good. The bathroom requires a key which was annoying. Not good value considering airbnbs are similarly priced.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und wären auf jeden Fall länger dort geblieben wenn Cancun nicht ein Ort gewesen wäre wo wir nicht lange bleiben wollten. Die Betten waren sauber und gemütlich und der Garten ist super gemütlich. ✨

Wow ? Me encantó las vibras de este lugar , calidad - precio mas que justos!!! La bienvenida , la ubicación, las instalaciones, y los empleados, excelentes y excelente servicio. Reservé del 1 al 2 de abril , me volví a quedar s mi regreso después de playa del Carmen . Gracias Meche y la Chica de Ukrania que me atendieron muy profesionales y buenísima onda ! ❤️ Vuelvo sin duda

Very good place — very comfortable and welcoming. Mecha is a great host, always kind and helpful. The rooms are very nice, and the price is very reasonable. I will definitely come back next time!

I loved the backyard, and I got lots of helpful information from the staff for the things around. In the area are lots of local Restaurants and so on, I really recommend this Place for a stay in Cancun!

Wir haben eine Nacht vor unserem Flug in einem Einzelzimmer übernachtet und es war super. Sehr sauber und hatte sogar einen Kühlschrank& Mikrowelle. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und wären sonst auch gerne noch länger geblieben. Vielen Dank:)

Muy lindo el lugar y súper cómodo, el internet funciona excelente, el staff increíble y las actividades con los voluntarios me hicieron sentir en casa. Me encantó el sitio. Solo faltan una hamacas atrás y sería perfecto

A really nice hostel for the price, we loved the outside area with the lights and everything. Staff was kind. The kitchen is really small and also kind of dirty and the plates were very old and scratched.

We stayed in a private room which had a shared bathroom with 1 other private room. Room was comfortable and was good for a nights stay however there were people from mixed dorms using our bathrooms which was annoying for us.

Nice facility in a central location. Very affordable. The staff were very helpful in booking tours, etc. My only complaint is that the bathrooms lacked hot water in the sinks, and the kitchen needs more refrigeration facilities. When I inquired about the former with the owner, Carlos (very nice guy), he explained that this had been removed because guests had been using sinks to wash clothes. While I understand the reasoning, I still think that it's not good to not have this situation.
