Delight Hostel

Bathrooms were really dirty and both of them were moldy everywhere. The staff could be nicer. In the room behind the beds was dirty and we saw some bugs on the floor in the room.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Overall, the stay was okay, but unfortunately, there were bedbugs in the bed and I got bitten. I hope the hotel can check this issue and improve the room cleanliness for future guests.

Primero que todo, no me gustó la atención de la persona en recepción. Hablaba entre los dientes y no se le entendía absolutamente nada. Segundo, al llegar a la habitación nos entregaron un ventilador diminuto para dos personas, una cama individual (porque eso no era una cama doble) y solo dos toallas. Tercero, la cama estaba llena de chinches y todas las noches me picaron. Cuarto, el baño fue otro desastre: la ventana era completamente transparente, sin cortina, así que nada de privacidad. Además, cuando quisimos comprar una botella de agua, no había nadie en recepción. Entiendo que no puedan estar todo el tiempo ahí, pero al menos deberían tener un timbre o una forma de contacto visible. Tampoco había privacidad en general: escuchamos a otras personas teniendo relaciones sexuales, algo muy incómodo. Jamás nos hicieron aseo en la habitación. Y lo peor: el primer día, la persona del aseo entró sin tocar la puerta. Cero privacidad. Me pareció una total falta de respeto.

At times, sewer smell would come out of the toilet, and the flush tank would leak a little, but it was just a minor inconvenience. Not great sound insulation, so noisy neighbours in the corridor can be a nuisance, but other people's lack of politeness is not something the hotel can be held "responsible" for.

Beware of this hotel, there are a lot of bed bugs, and room are smelling the price is expensive 75euro per day bathroom is not good to much smelling 😤🤮

My bed had beg bugs so I woke up with a lot of bug bites all over my arms, neck, and back.

Everything was good but there were a bed bugs in my bed so i didn’t sleep ted all night

Beware of this hotel, there are a lot of bed bugs, the staff are disrespectful and the price is expensive 😤🤮

In just two nights I had approximately 40 bites all over my body, I had to buy medicine because the itching was unbearable. I complained to booking and they had no response from the accommodation, I complained to the manager and asked for my money back. He refused to give it because I made a complaint in the complaints book. I don't recommend it.

El hostel tenía chinches y me picaron por todo el cuerpo.

Reception closes at 01:00 am. Staff do not speak Portuguese. No soap to wash your hands on the bathroom, no amenities, stained towels, no hot water in the shower. Bed is not the most comfy and slightly tilted. During the night some flies entered the room and kept buzzing in my ears, which woke me up, but I turned on the fan (which is a good one btw) and problem was solved. On the morning of my checkout, there was a sign that says that the elevator was out of service, which was not true (I had to carry my luggage from the 3rd floor for nothing).

There are bed bugs lots of them !! (Chambre remplie de punaises de lit)

Las dos primeras noches encontramos bedbugs en una de las camas que me dejó más de 15 picaduras, le dijimos al personal y al parecer sabían ya que no se sorprendió, nos pasaron otra habitación la que no tenía ninguna aislación térmica y sonora estábamos al lado del la sala de máquinas del.ascensor que sonaba toda la noche. En general no lo recomiendo.

Beds aren't comfy neither are the pillows, Windows near the road so it's a lot of noise coming in,really thin walls you can hear everything from other peoples rooms, the room I'm staying at 303 way too hot and thanks for the bites from the bed bugs, Price is over 800 there is only 3 beds that's it no tv like most of the rooms the same price and no private bathroo. Such bad Wi-fi you can't go on the Internet properly. I would ask you to stay away and don't make the same mistakes

Check in went fine, even though we came very late. Stayed there for one night and woke up with a lot of bite marks. Thanks for the bedbugs in room 305, but we didn't need any pets.
