The bed was comfortable. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our experience was thoroughly disappointing from check-in to check-out. Staff attitude: The receptionist was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We were treated with utter disrespect rather than welcomed as paying guests. Room comfort & pests: The room lacked air conditioning. With no window screens installed, keeping the window open resulted in insects getting inside, and we woke up covered in bug bites. Keycard issues: The room door lock barely worked. The keycard scanner failed repeatedly, requiring numerous attempts just to get inside. Bathroom condition: The shower leaked, causing water to pool on the bathroom floor. Basic toiletries advertised on Booking.com—including shower gel—were missing. Breakfast quality: The breakfast was very poor; all the pastries were completely raw and doughy on the inside. Cleanliness & smell: The entire property smelled musty and dusty, largely due to the visibly old, unkempt carpeting. Overall, the hotel falls far short of what is advertised online, and basic maintenance as well as customer service are seriously neglected.
