The staff entered my room and took my personal items. The assistance I received from the establishment when trying to resolve the situation with the police was practically nonexistent. The staff acted in a mocking and dismissive manner, and the police response was completely ineffective. They never took responsibility for what happened. The receptionist was not capable of properly handling the situation and, instead of offering a real solution, they offered me breakfast and kept telling me to calm down. I do not recommend this place. Please be extremely careful with your valuable belongings. It appears that the staff themselves identify guests who bring valuable items, enter their rooms, and take their possessions. | Hola, yo me hospedé en este establecimiento y me robaron mis pertenencias, aparentemente por parte del mismo staff. El staff se mostró burlón y la respuesta de las autoridades fue completamente ineficaz. Nunca asumieron responsabilidad por lo ocurrido. La recepcionista no tuvo la capacidad de manejar la situación adecuadamente y, en lugar de ofrecer una solución real, me ofrecieron un desayuno y me repetían que me calmara. No recomiendo este lugar. Tengan mucho cuidado con sus objetos de valor. Da la impresión de que el mismo personal identifica a los huéspedes que ingresan con pertenencias valiosas, entra a sus habitaciones y toma sus cosas.

   My experience wasn't as good as the first time I stayed there some years ago. we arrived and realised there was no key for our room locker so we had to leave our bags and belongings in a unsecure place. We dropped our bags off and went for a late night strole, when we arrived back someone was in my bed. His bed was broken so he was told to use the other (my bed) and I had to sleep in a unsecure top bunk bed. They did fix the problem the following day which is a plus. one staff member was nice.

   Not the best hostel experience. Location was wonderful and facilities were good but the customer service was very poor and there were some basic annoyances in the room that felt like a lack of care for guests. I was accidentally overcharged for my room and it took four days of following up and threatening escalation to finally get refunded. There were no hooks to hang anything in the room, very limited space for four people and the shower head did not stay up.

   DO NOT BOOK USING HOSTELWORLD! When I arrived at the hostel, they would not recognise that I had already paid a deposit and forced me to pay the entire price even though I explained that this is not correct. The staff were amongst the least friendly that I’ve encountered and were unable to help. I sent multiple emails to try to resolve this and no one has replied, so they have effectively stolen my deposit. Other than that the hostel is fine, except that the lockers in the room can’t be locked.

   Wasn’t very social and the beds not very comfortable. My towel was taken from my bed on the first night and I had to purchase one.

   DO NOT STAY HERE! I arrived before check-in and wanted to leave my luggage in luggage room, as I was able to do so free of charge. MY BAG WAS STOLEN. Even though the room was under lock and key, the staff were rude and unhelpful. I was told they couldn’t do anything without a filed police report. I filed the report until 3 AM! I came back, and still they couldn’t do anything. I was told “this is Barcelona and people steal things all the time, sorry.” THATS ALL!
