Breakfast was good and the rooftop The room did not match the pictures. The bathroom was small and not functional. I asked for a shower and was given a bathtub with more than 50cms step. The worst was the bedbugs I found on the second day so I left the room and hotel. The tv and furniture is outdated.

To be fair I give 5. The hotel was generally clean and the service was responsive. The view from the terrace was lovely. The experience was deeply unpleasant due to the bed bug bites I sustained and, more importantly, the way the hotel handled the situation. Instead of acknowledging the possibility, their responses implied that I was either mistaken or dishonest—which I find unacceptable. Additionally, the room was noisy due to street traffic, and the surrounding area felt unsafe, something I wasn’t aware of before booking.

Catastrophique, salle de bain cassée, lit horrible et séparés ( notion du grand lit inconnue dans cette hotel) sale, tout est pourri. Oubliez la télé ou un vrai lit. Punaise de lit

On our first night, we were given a room at the 2nd floor which was filthy. The carpet dirty, smelly room , bed seemed to have bed bugs, and the worst toilet/shower with kumps of moulds on the tiles and very smelly. I had allergy attack because of the room condition and vomitted on our first night. I was gagging everytime I would go to the toilet. I then requested for a room transfer in the morning asking for a room without carpet. Immediately, the reception guy on the morning of the 27th Dec 2024 accomodated our request and moved us to a better and seemed like a newly renovated room. I was very thankful for that staff who granted our request. This made our stay until the 30th December better and more comfortable. The breakfast was always beautiful and with lots of choices with traditional Greek breakfasts available. The staff at the buffet breakfast were all very lovely especially the one with the curls, she wasn't there on our last breakfast day (30th Dec), i would have thanked her for her beautiful service from the 27th-29th. The first room at the second floor Room 206, i don't think this is still habitable. People can get sick of the condition of this room's carpet, bed and toilet.

Staff were polite Unhygienic. Bed Sheets had holes in linen, there was blood on sheets and a very clear bed bug infestation.

Absolument rien La découverte de punaise de lit dans les draps. De plus le personnel est désagréable et de mauvaise foi nous accusant de les avoir amené pour demander remboursement. À FUIR !

Next to the metro station. Horrible room, old and broken furniture, unclean carpet, unclean bed, probably with bed bugs and a bathroom from the 80‘s which is not really working. Pictures in booking are lying for the cheaper rooms. And for over a 100€ u find way better things in Athens.

*Hôtel très sale *Punaise de lit *Porte des toilettes communs impossible a ouvrir réceptionniste qui s'en fout *Fils électriques pendant *Prélèvement avant malgres le choix du paiement sur place Donc pas d'arrivé d'eau et WC a disposition de correcte. Crise d'angoisse tte la nuit . impossible de dormir malgres une nuit blanche la veille.. Pire hôtel d'Athènes !!!
