Hotel Elite

The room did not match the pictures. The bathroom was small and not functional. I asked for a shower and was given a bathtub with more than 50cms step. The worst was the bedbugs I found on the second day so I left the room and hotel. The tv and furniture is outdated.

The experience was deeply unpleasant due to the bed bug bites I sustained and, more importantly, the way the hotel handled the situation. Instead of acknowledging the possibility, their responses implied that I was either mistaken or dishonest—which I find unacceptable. Additionally, the room was noisy due to street traffic, and the surrounding area felt unsafe, something I wasn’t aware of before booking.

The first room at the second floor Room 206, i don't think this is still habitable. People can get sick of the condition of this room's carpet, bed and toilet.

Unhygienic. Bed Sheets had holes in linen, there was blood on sheets and a very clear bed bug infestation.

La découverte de punaise de lit dans les draps. De plus le personnel est désagréable et de mauvaise foi nous accusant de les avoir amené pour demander remboursement. À FUIR !

Horrible room, old and broken furniture, unclean carpet, unclean bed, probably with bed bugs and a bathroom from the 80‘s which is not really working. Pictures in booking are lying for the cheaper rooms. And for over a 100€ u find way better things in Athens.
