Why Kuwait Is Flagged

The UK advisory gives one specific place-risk pattern: Iran has publicly stated an intention to target locations associated with the United States and Israel, including US-linked organizations, businesses, facilities, and institutions. Italy's 2026-04-28 Kuwait update concerns flight, border, and transport disruption, including airport disruption and border restrictions. It advises Italian nationals in Kuwait to consider leaving while commercial options remain available (Viaggiare Sicuri).

Use that as a route-planning warning, not a shortcut for choosing air or land travel. Check flights, land borders, visa status, and local instructions close to departure and again before moving inside Kuwait.
