It’s old, so you don’t expect a ton, but the cleanliness was below par. As soon as we got i. Our room, we saw a giant stain on the comforter. We were on a tight schedule and couldn’t do much about it, so we checked out the next morning. The front staff, who are polite and friendly, didn’t seem surprised. It was also cold at night. Felt like the heat didn’t work. Also the bathroom towels, we had one towel for two adults. Easy fix, but there’s a reservation for two adults, lol… put two towels in the room? I can say, other reviews online about roaches were not our experience. I check every place for bedbugs and Admiral Hotel seemed clean in that regard. I checked drawers and under sinks for roaches or bug husks… nothing. If they had clean sheets, we would have stayed.
