**BED BUGS** Absolutely unacceptable experience. Do not stay here. We booked a 2-night stay and discovered bed bugs on the second night. From the moment we arrived, the room felt claustrophobic and unhygienic—something we unfortunately didn’t take seriously enough at the time. On night two, while lying in bed, we found and killed five bed bugs. In the middle of the night, we packed up and brought live bed bugs down to the front desk—twice—while staff were actively checking in other guests. One was visibly crawling on the napkin I placed on the counter. It was disgusting, and frankly I regret not warning the other guests right then and there. We were in ROOM 76, which was already dingy, cramped, and did not match the photos online. Avoid this room—and this hotel—entirely. The staff’s response made an already horrible situation even worse. They took a photo of one of the bugs and immediately ran it to a sink to try to kill it instead of properly addressing the issue. They were completely passive and took zero accountability. Then they tried to blame us, claiming we must have brought the bed bugs ourselves and insisting they had “never had this issue before.” That’s simply not believable. The infestation was clearly established—when I moved the pillow, they scattered. It was vile. There is also at least one other review from a year ago reporting bed bugs. Had I seen that beforehand, I never would have stayed here. After discovering the bugs, we inspected the room more closely and found clear signs of infestation: droppings, stains on the mattress, and shed skins throughout. Despite this, staff attempted to dismiss it and claim there was “no evidence.” We were moved to a much smaller room for the night with no apology and no urgency. The next day, when we demanded a refund, the manager raised her voice at us and refused to work toward any reasonable solution. They continued to demand “proof,” even though we had already shown them live bugs—and by that point, they had already turned over the original room, conveniently removing that “proof.” On top of everything, there were issues from check-in, including confusion with our booking and consistently disorganized, incompetent front desk staff. This hotel has serious hygiene problems and even worse customer service. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Avoid at all costs unless you want to snuggle with a bed bug during your stay here. VILE!

BED BUGS! We found bed bugs in our room and when we brought one physically down to the reception desk they gaslit us and shrugged it off like it wasn’t an issue. Atrocious service and uninhabitable room. Close to the train station though so you can get far away from this place!

This area is very loud and dirty. The hotel and rooms are very nice, breakfast was good, but all that was really spoiled by finding bed bugs crawling on the bed in the morning. The people at the reception were rather dismissive and in the end gave us 30euro for dry cleaning. Not worth the hassle of disinfecting all our clothes.

Analisi dell'atmosfera
