The room wasn't very clean. I found a lot of hair on the floor underneath the bed and stains on the floor in my room. Make sure to check your bed before lying down, as I saw posts mentioning previous bed bug issues. This is a very busy hotel, and I found the lobby area a bit sketchy. That part of Oslo isn't very safe, so I recommend against using their storage room for bags after check-out, as the room isn't monitored by staff 24/7. Many people have reported having their bags stolen there. Be careful.

Bed bugs alert. I was rudely awakened by burning and Itching sensations and realised I was having an allergic reaction. Looked all around the bed and found bed bugs on both beds, 5 were found in total. Unfortunately there were no available rooms for me to switch to. How did the cleaning crew miss bed bugs that we spotted so easily when we searched ? It’s a budget hotel I get it , but basic cleanliness is a must and bed bugs are just on another level. Needless to say it was a stressful night with no sleep - please go somewhere else .

Mein neues, noch gefaltenes Badehandtuch hat nach dem erstmaligen auffalten einen etwas größeren braunen Fleck zum Vorschein gebracht, gefolgt von einem sehr unangenehmen Geruch von humanen Fäkalien. Ich denke es bedarf keiner weiteren Details was das war. Einfach nur ekelhaft! Des Weiteren hatten sowohl ich, als auch meine Arbeitskollegin, die in einem anderen Zimmer schlief, einen Ausschlag nach unserem Aufenthalt. Ob es nun Bettwanzen waren oder etwas anderes weiß ich nicht, jedoch nach dem Fund des Fäkalstreifens auf dem Handtuch würde mich hier nichts mehr wundern. Ich möchte es nochmals wiederholen: Einfach nur ekelhaft!
