    Fabulous helpful staff. All very friendly & offering good advice for sightseeing & organising transport. Rooftop breakfast good choices. This is an older hotel but centrally located. Don't expect five star but excellent value for money. Rooms quite noisy.

    The location of this hotel is good. "Free hotel pick up", but you have to pay parking/entry fee 350 INR to driver. Nice coffee The good reviews on booking.com is NOT representative of the hotel. Dirty, worn out hotel Dirty sheets and towels. Room needs a deep clean. Bathroom fixtures old and rust stained. No hot water Breakfast is a limited buffet. Other guests were offered eggs, but not us. "Free hotel pick up", but you have to pay parking/entry fee 350 INR to driver. Driver was nowhere to be found at the airport, had to call hotel and after 30min the driver arrived. 100% do not recommend.

    The room was comfortable The room was clean but bathroom was dirty. Upon checkout the staff asked me to write a review which I agreed to but they hovered over me and at one point one of the staff was tapping my phone to choose all the excellent options on the review.

    部屋代がリーズナブルなだけでなく、スタッフのサービスが良かった。フロントのスタッフも親切で、ユーモアがあった。若い従業員も紳士的で気持ちの良い対応だった。ロケーションも良く、少し歩くとデープなインドの繁華街があり地元の雰囲気もたっぷり堪能できる。最上階のレストランでは冷えたビールが飲める。お酒を出す店が少ないインドでは貴重。

    日本基準でも十分綺麗なお部屋でした。アメニティもひと通り揃っており、ドライヤーがあったのも嬉しかったです。快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございます。

    スタッフも親切だった。道路沿いだったから、車のクラクションなどの騒音が心配だったが、部屋の中は外の音は全く聞こえなかった。4泊したが毎日部屋をきれいにしてくれ、シャンプーやせっけん、新しいタオル、トイレットペーパー、ミネラルウォーターも補充してくれた。チェックアウト後、荷物を預かってくれた。少し寒い時期の利用だったが、暖房もしっかりきき、シャワーのお湯も熱く、快適だった。次も利用したい。

    必要なものが揃っていて、お願いをするといつも助けてくれました。チャイティーを探していると聞いたら、オンラインで注文してくれました！駅からのトゥクトゥクや、施設が空いているかなど、色々聞くと助けてくれます。ありがとう！
