    It, was a bit tired looking, could do with a freshen up. Curtain over balcony door had a tear in it and blinds over kitchen were very dirty. Also need to get rid of material bed heads. We were a bit nervous of bed bugs. Fingers crossed so far.

    Room is very small. Shower was not very good. It was quite dirty and I got bed bugs.

    I was eaten alive by bed bugs and received a rude dismissal in response to my e mail politely requesting a refund. A second email claimed the first had been sent in error. It was a week before I received my refund.
