En una de las habitaciones que teníamos reservadas había chinches en la cama. Se lo comunicamos y nos cambiaron de habitación.

Les punaises de lit, le personnel qui n'est pas au point (mauvaise information), l'humidité trop importante de la chambre et le manque d'endroit pour poser ses affaires.

Room was very unclean and had bedbugs… we had to leave as i’m very allergic. Receptionist was not even surprised and would not reimburse us on the spot for the rest of our stay nor communicated with us normally… Worst non-night in Indonesia…
