Bed bugs. That’s all.

Unfortunately there are bed bugs, cockroaches and ants at this hotel. Feel so bad for the management, hopefully they can renovate and clear the hotel. Otherwise it would have been good.

Updating review as my husband was bit 6 times from bedbugs at this hotel / beware! Service at check in was wonderful. Rooms are spacious, but the beds are hard and no coffee in rooms. Otherwise location is a short walk from the hustle and bustle of downtown- so pretty good.

I spent 2.5 weeks in Italy staying at 5 different hostels, and only in this one I had a disappointing experience. 1) After 2 nights in the hostel, my whole body was covered in bedbug bites. I had no bites before or after this stay. I was worried about bringing bedbugs home, but thankfully, after leaving the hostel, no new bites appeared. Check room 219, especially the bed by the window. 2) My charger went missing in the hostel. I reported this to the reception, but they told me that since it’s a dormitory, such things can happen and they couldn’t help me. However, I doubt that one of the guests decided to steal my charger, especially since there were other chargers in the room. Mine didn’t even have a cable, just the adapter. Most likely, the housekeeper accidentally took it away with the dirty laundry.

It’s not a real hostel… we had bed bugs they booked us another room though, but we didn’t get that much help for the problem.

Rooms for a hostel were pricey but not bad. The breakfast is not good nor worth 10 euros. The beds might have bed bugs, I have some bug bites that I do not know how I got…

Vi en dos oportunidades chinches. Tuve picaduras por la noche. Es un hostel pero no tiene la posibilidad de usar la cocina o guardar comida en la nevera.

There was bedbugs so I'm covered in bites after my stay. The people in the reception kept saying it was mosquitos but it definitely wasn't- I even met a guy at another hostel with the same bites and he had just stayed at this place too. Don't book here

I found a bed bug in my bed.

i got bed bugs from the mattress i was on, and the reception didn’t really care. they moved me to a different room but still charged me for my whole stay. i love love love sorrento and i was amazed at how lovely the hostel was and how nice the reception was until that happened :/ no one else in my room had any issues that i know of, so it could have been just my mattress, but i just wished i could have gotten a refund at the bare minimum

This hostel wasnt really a hostel, more a hotel honestly. It didnt have any lockers which scared me and the beds weren’t even bunk beds. The vibes were nice but didn’t look like a hostel at all. The breakfast was expensive but they gave free ice for your water bottle which is good. I found a few cockroaches in my room which scared me but the other hostel in sorrento had bed bugs at the time so it was nothing compared to that. No Kitchen :( The location was probably the best feature, really close to a bus st
