    Not enough hangers and rack for hanging towels and clothes. Someone in my room was quite selfish and used up most of the hangers (3 in total and there were six of us) and the space for the towel rank for her clothes and towels and others could really use these facilities. I could not see bed bugs but the duvet made me feel quite itchy for some reason, so it was quite hard for me to sleep.
