   We booked two nights with breakfast and paid 230 euros for two people. The room was old, without air conditioning, the towels were dirty, and the bathroom was also old and dirty. The breakfast was terrible, just two types of ham, two types of cheese, yogurt, and a few pieces of bread. I would expect this kind of service at a place where I pay 20 euros per night, not 110 euros. The location is also tragic; everything is far away. Never again for that price. If you look for reviews on Google, it's obvious that the hotel buys positive ratings to balance out the negative reviews. Just a disaster.

   The room was reasonably spacious and generally clean. The guest registration form asked for more information than seemed necessary, which was frustrating. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, the water temperature kept changing, the extra door lock did not work properly, and the key card failed once, forcing a trip downstairs. There was also a slight strange smell in the room, and some bathroom tiles were chipped, which made the place feel a bit worn.

   We had two rooms one came with and one came without air con. When raised it with the staff, manager was going off shift in 10mins, told to email and he’d review in the morning, as they were full booked and nothing could be done that evening. The rooms themselves are tired. The bathrooms in particular are dated. The grout on the tiles was brown and stained. In leaving did the usual room check for anything left behind. Ended up pulling a sock covered in dust and hair from under one of the beds. Wasn’t one of ours Ugg!

   Nothing.. only the checkout! THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Me and my family travel a lot and this is by far the worst experience ever.. Where do I even start! So unhygienic... carpets are black and so dirty, no bins in the rooms, no soap, no tissues, no glass and hair in the shower floor. There was literally not even a single bottle of water in our rooms - dying of thirst all night!! Nobody is even at the bar.. we just wanted tea and had to chase down someone who btw, made us take it ourselves to our table. The breakfast looked like it was just left overs from the day before. People were literally coming down to the lobby getting toilet rolls and towels THEMSELVES!!! Are we paying for self service??? One of the receptionist told us to PAY for our rooms to be cleaned ( which usually is a standard service in all hotels) and when we did, they STILL didn't clean the rooms. They just put some towels on our unmade dirty beds. We went to complain 2nd time in one day.. Receptionist said that's not his problem and that we should just move to another room and when we told him we'll write a bad review he said "go for it" - and shrugged his shoulders. He also said the other receptionist shouldn't have taken money and so we have been defrauded & Honestly such a horrific experience and would NOT suggest this hotel to anybody!!! Not even my worst enemy!!
