very helpful staff they catered to our every need but, no kitchen, not a very good breakfast for too expensive, my friend woke up with all sorts of bug bites, general atmosphere was lacking, and i guess it’s our fault for staying in the cheapest room but it stank and the homeless guy staying with us was a pain. ended up leaving a night early.

The only but very annoying problem was that I noticed bites by bed bugs after I left the hostel...

There were bedbugs :(

No total privacy on upper bunk where the small curtains aren't the full length of the bunk. My curtains also had what looked like back mold or bed bugs from a while ago. Somewhat expected staying in a hostel. Only 1 small common washroom downstairs in lobby area. They charge you €5 non-refundable for a towel, not even a beach towel, regular one, if I saw this before I would just bring my own.

I was not too fond of the family room furnished with the bunk beds, and closets that looked like in prison honestly, the restroom was quite narrow, especially the shower cabin. Also, the air-con was loud and we didn't get to use it at night. Bed bug traps made us feel like some bugs have not been caught yet. It made us feel a little bit anxious, to be honest. It was overpriced, the next day we did get a nice apartment with regular beds in Cannes Center for 2 nights, 3 minutes walking distance from the harbor for the same value (300 EUR).

Good location, close walk to the beach and close to transportation. The facilities are clean, no bed bugs as of Nov 2023. Staff were very nice and helpful, after I asked for restaurant recommendations and they provided a map of the city. They also will store your luggage after you check out for free. Though, the 3rd stacked bunk is super high, so just be careful if you are on the highest bunk. Another thing is that it’s easy to hear other rooms as the walls are thin.

Quartos eram pequenos, encontrei percevejos na minha cama, pedi pra trocar de quarto. O recepcionista me trocou de quarto como se estivesse fazendo um favor para mim e disse que faltavam somente algumas horas para eu ir embora. No outro quarto também tinham percevejos

Bedbugs in bed. I have eleven bites on my body. Terrible experience.

Really nice hostel, looks and feels clean, nice staff, and a security system that feels safe. Unfortunately I got bitten by bedbugs, but I hear that's a problem all over Nice at this time of the year. The hostel isn't the closest one from the city centre, although it isn't that far either. The facilities were fairly new, albeit a little crammed. The only problem I had is that this was by far the most expensive hostel I've ever stayed in.

The embodiment of what happens when safety and sensibility are sacrificed for aesthetic. I was drawn initially drawn in by the beautiful (for dorms) rooms and the promise of free hot chocolate and beds with privacy curtains. While the rooms were lovely, the beds were extremely precarious. When climbing up the bunk bed ladder (or moving around in your own bed) the frames of all three beds shake and squeak. The entire setup is a safety disaster waiting to happen as beds aren't secured to the walls. I also found the staff rude and unhelpful, when I asked to switch beds because mine was missing a privacy curtain I was refused even though nobody had yet checked into my room and when I asked to be let into my room when I accidentally locked myself out I was treated with hostility and suspicion. Also note that: - towels and locks are 5 euros - there is no hand soap, so if you wear contacts bring your own - no alcohol, food, or drinks are allowed in the dorm rooms - bed bugs were found in one of the rooms on the 3rd floor I did however rate it 2 stars instead of 1 because the rooms are genuinely pretty to look at.

Worst hostel experience ever. From first sight it looked clean. But during my stay it turned out that i was sharing my bed with bedbugs! I booked a bed for two nights. First night passed, i saw my legs full of red bites and thought that might be insects from outside. But on second night i caught them on my bedsheet. Went to reception to ask for another bed and showed my leg... They said there is no bed left and they can just offer me a 5 euros free breakfast (croissant bread and bad juice). In the hospitality world bed bugs are something taken with upmost seriousness . Most hotel would accomodate me in an other room or even in another hotel and dispose/burn the matress (yes hotel ozz...ask accor how they handle it). Instead of that i have been offered a chair in the lobby to sit at 3am until morning. How is this acceptable ??? Isnt an hotel or hostel first purpose to let people sleep ??? The girl from morning shift at reception took my contacts so the director (might!) do smth with this situation. He never called or wrote me. Not an apology , not a reimbursement ! Nothing !!! I checkes out 4 days ago... To sum up, I paid the hostel for two nights, I slept one night, have scratching legs full of red bites, had to sanitize all my clothes and bags. And spent the secomd night chasing bed bugs and trying to rest on a chair in a lobby. Awesome. Happy culture ! Yes sir ! Very happy !..

Avoid this hotel! Rooms were old, dirty and smelly. Bed bugs in the beds and staff were rude and racist. It is more of a brothel than a hotel.
