Backpacker Cowies

Obwohl ich verlängert habe ,hatte ich leider Bettwanzen in meinem Bett in der letzten 2 Nächten entdeckt und war total zerstochen...daher hat mein Aufenthalt keine gute Erinnerung

We had horrible experience in bagpacker cowies, we booked for 9 nights from 20th to 29 jan on 23rd night we found bedbugs on the bed we informed on the spot to reception and the only help to change our bedsheet and said no rooms available in the morning we said we want a refund the reception lady said she can't not give it till the big boss comes and move us temporarily to another room so they can disinfectant the room we were staying the room they gave us was full of black ants however after couple of hours disinfect the house keeping team assured us there is no bedbugs they found and moved us to again to the same room the first thing what we see on the bed is bedbug we had searched and hustle for the another hotel to move I took the picture and videos of bedbugs when I tried to show to boss she was just trying to avoid they gave us the refund of remaining days but charged the full amount for till 25th though we checked out on 24th around 8 pm me and my husband had horrible experience in backpackers cowies.

Hello all I WARN you to stay away from Cowies! The hostel has incredibly rude unhelpful staff that do nothing to help accommodate guests sadly. The bed bug problem has gotten to a point it’s so bad you itch at night. The hygiene is zero the bathrooms are horrible and no hot water. The value is awful for the cost.

Lots of bedbug bites. I wouldn't recommend. Rooms didn't had any windows. And the beds were very small. I think the beds are like 180cm. I had to lay diagonal on the bed, and was still touching the board with my head and toes.

BED BUGS. My whole feet were red and itching after spending a day here. I went to a doctor and they said it were bed bug bites. I moved from that place as soon as possible. After some googling I found that there were more reviews in this place with bed bugs, but they were somehow removed. They still pop up at Google, but when you click on them, they are gone. The whole vibe of the hostel is in my opinion a bit weird. everywhere are cameras, no alcohol allowed, and the room didn't have anywindows

Almost impossible to sleep due to bed bugs biting. Itchy all over even after several showers. Felt like mosquito bites but kept appearing all over. Furthermore, not a great social hostel. Don't expect to make many friends or have cozy evenings with strangers.

Woke up in the middle of the night covered in mosquitos. Bed bug bites all over my stomach, some of which are beginning to scar. Lovely place, lovely people, great location, but one of the worst nights of sleep in my life in room 109
