Conii Hostel & Suites Algarve

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten ließen sich noch verbessern: Nur eine der Duschen ließ sich abschließen, der Außenbereich ist nicht sehr einladend gestaltet, einige Mitarbeiter könnten ihr Englisch verbessern... Die Öffnung des Lockers sollte auch größer sein und der Boden darin sauberer. Die Matratzen sind außerdem ziemlich hart, was Geschmackssache ist. Leider kann allerdings auch die hervorragende Sauberkeit eine Bettwanzenplage nicht verhindern und während meines Aufenthalts mussten zwei der 6-Bett-Zimmer geschlossen werden. Ich hoffe sehr, dass sie das Problem loswerden können, weil es so ein gutes Hostel ist.

I was bitten by bedbugs and the room isn't properly cleaned

As camas da camarata 14 tinham todas percevelhos de cama (bed bugs), e o staff fez muito pouco para resolver a situação. Tivemos de ficar as 6 noites na mesma camarata apesar dos percevejos nas camas. Não foi chamada a desinfestação para resolver a situacao.

Insect INSECT!! 史上最悪の虫寝具!! This hostel gave me the worst experience in almost all Europe and Southeast Asia where I stayed!! ------------------------------------------ I only stayed at this hostel for 2 days, but suffered from bugs for 10 days during my stay in Portugal. I asked the staff at all the hostels I stayed at if they had had any bugs recently, but they said No. I have carried bedbugs and ticks from this hostel to other hostels. I could catch 2 bedbugs at this hostel and 4 at another hostel. I could not see the ticks, but my body had various marks from insect bites. ------------------------------------------ Furthermore, attitude of receptionist and owner is so bad. The receptionist suspected I had brought the bug in, and all she did was say things to try to absolve herself of responsibility. Despite my request, this private owner did not contact me directly during my 2 days stay. After I left this hostel, When I asked the owner for an explanation, she insisted she had it under her control and would not be accountable. The owner gave me 1 night’s room and a voucher for 1 night’s stay until 2024, but who would want to stay at this hostel full of bugs again? ------------------------------------------

one roommate had a problem with bed bugs, luckily i didn‘t get involved

My bed was infested with bed bugs, I couldn't sleep and they bit me all around the body, I didn't have another place to go so I stayed there until morning, I went to have a shower, hopefully it didn't stick to my clothes

A cama da minha companheira tinha bed bugs

Someone in my dorm saw bed bugs, I didn’t see/get any myself but please check your bed before staying here!! Especially dorm 14. Also some of the locks in the women’s bathroom were broken, I told the staff but they weren’t fixed during my stay.

I chose this hostel as the recent comments were great, sadly there were BED BUGS in at least 4 beds in an 8 bed room. We would love to say only good comments about this place because it is nice, but there was clearly an infestation that has not been taken cared of and now we come back home with a lot of bites and hopefully not with the bugs🥲
