Worst experience ever , place dirty, broken, and the female receptionist was Rude during the check in. More over couldn’t sleep because after I wake up I found my self full of insect bites I suppose the bed has bed bugs

Jordan (the African or Caribbean night receptionist) has an adult body with a child's mind. He's not suited to working face-to-face; he should have a job that isn't face-to-face. Plus, the rooms have bedbugs, the building doesn't have an elevator, and there are a lot of stairs to climb. There isn't even a microwave. BUT THE REAL PROBLEM ITS JORDAN THE NIGHT RECEPTIONIST, he’s on the wrong job place.

A cama fazia um barulho chato, além do tamanho do quarto. Mas, considerando o preço que pagamos, está excelente. Também chamo a atenção para a localização pelo metro no Google Maps, mas até aí não recomendo o Maps em Londres
