While the franchise is usually known for its raging party hostel vibe, the Uluwatu site brings something a little different to the table—focusing more on health and wellbeing without losing the fun. MM Uluwatu boasts some of the best facilities I've seen in Southeast Asia. Think: sauna, ice bath, jacuzzi, and a gym—all conveniently situated by the swimming pool. It’s a dream for anyone wanting to balance fitness and recovery with their island adventures. Location-wise, it’s spot on—especially if you’re into surfing. The hostel is just a stone’s throw from all the local breaks, making it super easy to catch early morning waves. You’ve also got great access to coffee spots, breakfast joints, transport, and nightlife—all right on your doorstep. But don’t worry, if you're here for a good time, you won’t be disappointed. The Customer Experience Manager, Bagus, absolutely brings the energy. Social hour every evening is the place to be—packed with free shots, drinking games, and good vibes. Bagus = 10/10. Shoutout to General Manager Brett as well. He’s clearly invested in the site’s success and delivers top-tier customer service across the board. Mad Monkey Uluwatu è un ostello sociale e per feste con piscina, sauna, jacuzzi, bagno di ghiaccio e palestra. Le attività quotidiane e le serate rendono facile riempire la giornata e incontrare persone, e il bar mantiene il posto vivace. La posizione è forte, vicino alla spiaggia di Padang Padang e alla striscia principale con ristoranti e bar. L'ostello ha strutture moderne e le camere sono generalmente abbastanza spaziose per un breve soggiorno, anche se alcuni letti sono alti e lo spazio di archiviazione può essere ristretto. Il rumore può arrivare fino a tardi, soprattutto intorno al bar e alla piscina, quindi si adatta a chi desidera un soggiorno più vivace che una notte in anticipo. In alcune camere e bagni la pulizia e la manutenzione sembrano irregolari, e l'ostello ha una politica rigorosa di non mangiare o bere fuori.
