Ariché Valladolid Hotel & Hostel

Mir hat es nix ausgemacht 🕷 aber Vorsicht im Hosteldorm sind zumindest in meinem Bett sehr viele Bettwanzen gewesen 🙄...gebissen wurde ich nicht...vielleicht sollte man mal die matratzen tauschen...bzw die Bettlaken etc auf kochwäsche 60grad besser 90 Grad waschen...damit diese kleine. PARASITEN kaputt gehen. Achso und vielleicht einmal die Sicherheits Regipsplatten austauschen 😅 einmal Husten und das Ding ist durch 😂...und zack hat man keine Wertsachen mehr obwohl Vorhänge schloss vorhanden ist. Ich wünsche euch allen alles Gute 🤗

Bed bugs with only a partial refund!! Overall, my stay was disappointing as I didn’t even get a full refund when I slept in a bed with bed bugs for two nights (i found dead ones) and also because I wasn’t filled with confidence for the removal of the bed bugs for other guests. Wouldn’t recommend this hostel purely because of that.

Je ne suis pas restée finalement puisqu'une voyageuse m'a indiqué la présence de punaise de lit dans une chambre. Beaucoup d'attente pour me faire rembourser et perte de temps.

Plus cher que prévu. Ils avouent convertir le dollar à 20 ou plus au lieu de 17. Sur plusieurs nuits à deux ça rajoute bien 15/20€, si on avait su on aurait prix un hôtel en chambre privé. Punaise de lit !!!! ⚠️ j’en ai retrouvé dans les canapés de la cuisine et ma voisine de lit en avait dans son lit. Moi j’ai pleins de piqûres donc j’en avais aussi sûrement. Une personne du personnel nous a informé que l’établissement avait déjà dû fermer un temps à cause de ça.

Proche du centre, très bon accueil, confortable et agréable. Cependant, une personne rencontrée à cet hôtel a vécu ceci et l’hôtel a supprimé sa réservation avant qu’elle ne puisse mettre un commentaire : Certaines couvertures ont des restes de punaises de lit (excréments et taches de sang) et l’accueil n’a pas voulu changer les draps car je cite « si vous en avez pas vu, on ne va pas changer les draps ». En effet la veille j’ai vu des employés nettoyer les draps à la vapeur d’eau. Paraît-il que ça a été traité mais il serait bon de changer la literie plutôt que d’avoir des couvertures tachées.

Problème d’insectes dans les lits de dortoirs, punaises de lit ou acariens je ne sais pas mais j’ai énormément de piqûres, il tacherait de fermer l’hostel quelque jours pour traiter la chambre!

Attention : punaises de lit !!! Évitez cet hébergement. Je n’ai dormi qu’une nuit sur les deux réservées par peur de contaminer mes affaires.

BED BUGS - Avoid this place at all costs I stayed here and got eaten alive by bedbugs. When I brought it up to the owner, instead of showing any concern or offering help, they were incredibly rude and even tried to blame me for the infestation. Totally absurd, especially since there are blood stains on the sheets, classic signs of bedbugs, and I later found multiple reviews (google rev) confirming this is a recurring issue. He even only reimbursed 1/2 nights and almost laughed at me.. absurd!

BEDBUGS. Don’t even stay here!! My whole body is covered with bites, as well as other people who slept there. We went to the reception and announced this issue and the clearly are aware of the situation and do nothing about it. Well, I’m sorry, they sprayed something on the mattresses, put on new sheet and just expected us to go back. Also kept checking new people in, not telling them about this. They never even said sorry, and I will have to live with the bites for the next two weeks. Horrible experience and the fact the know about it and do nothing (!!!), I don’t understand how it can still be advertised this. DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY!

I found 2 bed bugs in my bed and the staff didn’t seem to care. All they did was move me to the bed next to it, inches away, then they put someone in the bed that had the bed bugs. Gross. The space is not clean. The bathrooms smell like poop all the time. Toilet paper is constantly out. And the wifi was very spotty.

This hostel has bedbugs... The staff members said that it were mosquito bites but I saw eggs and I saw one bedbug walk across my bed. We wanted our money back but we were ignored by the manager. We also had to wash all of our clothes which they also didn't pay. The beds were also not cleaned very well, because there was a toothbrush next to the bed.
