Bed bugs infestation:/

Had a rather horrible experience here due to bedbugs. More specifically the way the situation was handled by staff. There was a girl in the bed next to mine that was moved to another room because of bedbugs the DAY BEFORE I woke up with bites and they neglected to let anyone in my room know about the infestation. They also had no intention of telling the people in my room after what happened to me (so I did). They then just moved everyone to different rooms (and none of them were heat treating their things so just spreading the problem). Needless to say I left that day. They refunded me for the night that I didn't want to stay but not for the night that could have been avoided had they let me know about the issue. It seems to me they just wanted to sweep the problem under the rug rather than deal with it.

La peor experiencia para dormir que he tenido nos cancelaron un día antes mi Airbnb así que fue la opción de último Momento , las camas tienes bed bugs 🪳 cambian el duvel “hasta que se vea sucio “ por qué estaban cambiando las sábanas h pregunté sobre le duvel y me dijo la señora que hasta que esté “sucio “ . Amenos que tengas 20 años y no te importe compartir con 18 personas más imposible dormir debido a tantas personas en un solo dormitorio todo el tiempo entraban salían luces ruido no hay respeto por las otra personas que están ahí ! El precio fue 100 euros x los 2🤦🏼‍♂️ ! 🙅🏻‍♀️ no es la primera ves que me quedo en un hostal pero si la peor experiencia en cuanto para dormir y desperté con piquetes por el Cuerpo por que hay bed bugs Por otro lados el Hostal es muy grande tiene diferentes áreas alberca sala de juegos cocina etc . Las Conservan en buen estado hay que reconocer lo bueno tmb ! Hay una área que me gustó mucho para que no desperdicien comida se las dejes ala otras personas !
