We had bed bugs in the room.

I stayed on the 4th floor and I’m so glad I picked that because the reviews reflect a lot of hygiene issues on the 1st floor. I was worried about bedbugs and mold after getting to my room and seeing those reviews. The hike to 4 is not for the faint of heart - very narrow and steep stairs, which is not uncommon in London but should be noted. Service when I checked in was not friendly - the guy wasn’t a the desk for quite a while and when he did come he didn’t smile or apologize for the wait. You also get a card when you check in that tells you not to leave anything valuable in your room, which makes it feel like they don’t trust their own staff not to steal from you. All in all, not worth the savings to me even as a single staying for one night.

Horrible place and gave me bed bugs! My entire body covered in bites! So so horrible! One bald dude staff member was so rude the whole time to everyone. Zero stars and I don't think they wash the linens! Horrible experience. Highly recommend NOT staying here ever.

Die U-Bahn fährt durch das Zimmer. Und zwar alle Linien. Auch im oberen Stock unserer Kinder. Es gibt keinen Platz für einen Koffer. Andere Gäste zeigten auch Fotos von Bettwanzen, die wir glücklicherweise nicht hatten.

Bed bugs found in a bed. Management moved our rooms with all our belongings during the day we were out! Given free breakfasts, however, I'm certain the bed bugs are not because of global warming - the reason we were given....

bed bugs the room was so hot no air conditioning so gross staff could of been a lot more friendly and helpful no one helped me with my 2 big suitcases up 3 levels of stairs extremely disappointed

The location is great. The staff is polite and helpful. Cleanliness is not upto the mark and I definitely had some bed bug bites from my one night here. If you have heavy luggage there's no lift/elevator. The best thing about this place is its location. 5 minutes walk from Paddington station.
