there are bed bugs and no privacy

Bedbugs, caused rash on my body

Bedbug infestation. The room was clearly not cleaned well considering how small it is and there was a bedbug during the day. I'm not sure how difficult it is to clean such a small room. There were leftover bread crumbs near the bed. I've raised this issue with the reception but no proper actions were taken to remediate the situation nor have I heard back from them. I ended up getting multiple bedbug bites.
