HI Guimaraes - Pousada de Juventude

I found bed bugs in my bed and in my pillow during the first night. After a few times that I tried to talk to the receptionist (never found anyone at the desk) the morning after, I managed to speak with the receptionist, she was very nice and changed my room, but the new room was smelling bad and the shower hose was inexistent. I think that the cleaning and the facilities were very poor. I had a skin infection due to the bed bugs which lasted for weeks. I believe that you can get a better accommodation at the same price in Guimaraes.

Nao gostei mesmo nada de na cama haver bastantes percevejos , pois tenho o corpo todo picado e inflamado .
