no me dieron colcha para taparme por la noche ya que me mencionó la chica de recepción que “estaban limitadas”, el candado de mi cajón debajo de mi cama no servía, hay CHINCHES en las camas lo único bueno es la ubicación

L'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione, davvero centrale e comoda per visitare la città. Per il resto, purtroppo, c'è poco da salvare. Non ci sono spazi comuni dove socializzare con altri viaggiatori, né una cucina o un frigorifero dove poter conservare qualcosa da mangiare. La delusione più grande, però, è stata svegliarmi coperto di morsi di cimici da letto. Un'esperienza spiacevole che mi porta a sconsigliare decisamente questo ostello.

Tried talking to customer serivce to at least get a small compensation but they just say no amd don’t react! Scumbags! the beds and the appartement were terrible. I’m allergic for dust, this apartment was the most dusty ass place I’ve ever seem. A lot of noise because they are building at the second floor. No AC air conditioning, a lot of students in the flat who make noise every other night. Long story short, don’t go here, the beds were still dirty when we arrived there etc. The worst of all were the bed bugs, I really regret paying €100 more to stay in a REAL hotel , this looks like a hostel for students. Booking.com was very misleading
