Os quartos tem bichos nos travesseiros, no colchão e na parede de madeira, são vários percevejos de cama e ácaros que podem até causar febre, eu nem conseguia ficar no quarto por conta destes insetos. Passava o dia fora voltava apenas para tomar banho e sair de novo.

Got some pretty nasty bedbug bites and the rooms smelt like BO, wasn’t the fault of the hostel but still pretty negatively impacted my experience. Hostel staff were lovely, amenities were mediocre/gross, and i probably wouldn’t stay there again

I've been leaving 10/10 results on booking since 2021 and this is the first time I had a traumatising experience. Me and another man staying there discovered a huge bed bug infestation on the walls. He left for another hostel while I asked to be moved rooms. Next day they threw me out at night saying I can't stay there because all rooms are "full", even though the same person told me yesterday that the hostel is very quiet because no one comes to Malaga in winter. So it was a lie. Imagine throwing a young girl on the streets at nights because she told you that you have a HUGE bedbug problem. I was told then that they are processing a refund for me and I just need to leave but no refund to this day. I had to find expensive emergency sleeping place with my belongings shoved by them into a bin bag. I also sterilised my belongings as soon as I came back from Malaga, but I got a bedbug infestation in my house anyway and am now battling with this horrible experience. I have never felt so belittled and bullied by hostel or hotel staff anywhere in my life. If you don't believe my review then have a look at how they respond to other negative reviews - absolutely rude and aggressive. This place made Malaga a traumatising memory for me which is a pity. Im scared to travel for a long time now.

Punaises de lit, le pire que l on puisse trouver dans 1 hotel

Bed bugs everywhere, management is awful, no one in the reception and that kitchen oh my god, stay away!!!
