Bedbugs and mold in shower

Few bite marks overnight and I found and killed one bedbug (pretty sure it is a bedbug, crawling on bed).

Las camas tenían chinches! Como sólo una persona de las 3 que estábamos alojando tenía picaduras, sólo a ella la cambiaron de habitación. Pésima limpieza e higiene

lots of activities/day trips on offer and a great bar area. The breakfast is also good for 15reais but we did have quite a few issues with this hostel. When we checked in, they had put us in sepearate rooms despite booking off one account which may have been a hostel world error but never had the issue before. Then we found out they had overbooked one of the rooms they gave us which was a bit awkward. However our main issue with this hostel was the cleanliness. There were bed bugs so we got eaten alive and lots of people had a similar issue. They did not seem bothered at all about it and just moved us to another room. When asked about it they said ‘it was just the time of year’. Furthermore there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms and they don’t change the pillow cover or blanket between guests, all you get is a fresh bottom sheet. The bathrooms aren’t particularly clean either.

Tava tdo ótimo até ser atacada por bed bugs na segunda noite. Aí já acabou minha viagem. Pedi pra olhar minha cama e disseram não ter nada lá. Não é possível que fui picada por nada...

La verdad es que en un primer momento el hostel me había parecido un lugar grato y hasta lo hubise recomendado. PERO el problema fue cuando a mi novio le empezaron a aparecer unas ronchas, que terminamos constatando que eran picaduras de chinches de camas/bed bugs. YA QUE ESTABAN EL EL COLCHON DE LA SUITE 122. Nos hospedamos desde el 24/12/2016- 28/12/2016 y es al día de la fecha(15/1/2017), habiendo ya regresado a casa, que todavía mi novio sigue con el problema, visitando médicos, tomando medicamentos y colocandose cremas. Nos regalaron un gran problema. Nos dimos cuenta el último día de nuestra estadía que eran bed bugs y se lo comentamos en el check out y no nos ofrecieron ningun tipo de ayuda ni disculpas. Esta situación me hace calificarlos de esta manera ya que hay una deficiencia y descuido en la limpieza y en la preservación de la salud de los huéspedes.
